| Right across the street from Fashion Island Mall with dozens of restaurants and of course shops. Movie theatres too! You can walk everywhere. The hotel has tennis courts but the pool is closed while the other tower is being remodeled. They have a shuttle to another Marriott however.

| Overall, though the Marriott's Newport Beach Hotel is under renovation, the recently remodeling tower is very nice with a few small, but nice enhancements with bathroom night light, toothbrush holder, etc.It is also conveniently located across the street from Fashion Island and just a couple of miles from Balboa Island.
