| Rooms were a bit small but beds were very, very comfortable. We had trouble with the toilet having mechanical defects and the bathroom sink was clogged and slow to drain. Management offered another room and offered generous comps due to these problems. Great customer service but the plumbing maintenance needs improvement.

| My family very much enjoyed our stay at the Marriott and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the mall.

| the beds were nice and comfy and had wonderful comforters. there was no free continental breakfast, but you can't have everything. the hotel was nice and clean and the staff helpful and very easy to get to the mall of america or where from there

| The level of service is superior here, for example my air conditioning unit failed at 11 pm, I called the desk and it was replaced in 20 mins flat! The staff is friendly, the pool is superb - my kids enjoyed themselves. If you have kids ask for the west wing closer to the pool. The hotel has a spacious airy lobby and very clean. I will definately go back.

| This hotel was perfect for a trip to shop. Mall of America and the airport are really close. The shuttles are great, clean, and on time. The drivers were super nice and very helpful. The beds were so comfortable that we slept in everyday. There were also a lot of tolietries offered in the room as well as bottled water. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The only complaint was a need for a fan in the bathroom. Overall was very satisfied and will definately stay at this hotel again.

| As usual, the staff and the hotel were ready to please. The hotel was nice and the room was much nicer than most hotel rooms I have stayed in for the same price. The staff even greet you in the hallways if they happen to be passing by. Very pleasant atmosphere...

| From the time we were picked up at the airport, everyone was polite, attentive and went beyond the scope of being helpful in getting around to all the touristy things we wanted to do. THis is the best location, across from Mall of America. I loved this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Food was great at the cafe, also. The shuttle drivers were funny, polite and gave us all kinds of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I think all the staff deserves a raise.

| Rooms seemed old even though hotel reports remodeled 1 year ago. Tried to change rooms but next room was worse. Worst marriott we have ever stayed at. Only plus was close to mall of america. Floors dirty, bad smell in room, ant problems, and poor room service.
