| This hotel is loctated in Montego Bay or MOBo's Hip Strip. Is is walking distance to all the nigth life place. I enjoyed this hotel because of the beautiful garden with all the fruit trees and the beautiful ocean view. I do recoommend this hotel if you plan to stay in MOBAY

| This was a poor choice, it was not worth the amount I paid per night. I would not stay at this hotel again. Specifically, there was a roach in our hotel room. The bed sheets were dirty. Please adhere to the reviews, because they help, I looked to late and I was already booked, and I could not change or I would have been penalized. This hotel is not fit for a homeless person.

| This hotel is located on the "hip strip" in Montego Bay, meaning there will likely be music playing until 2 or 3am (loud enough that sleeping is impossible). The room was clean, but not the place to stay unless you're planning on being out partying with the crowd all hours of the night.

| Took a trip to MoBay with two girlfriends and we had a great time! We are all in our early 20s, and we found that the Wexford met all of our needs. It has a great location with a great, friendly staff. We had no problems with our stay here and would all stay here again.

| The hotel is located right across the street from all the night clubs and shopping on the hip strip. The people at the hotel are not too friendly but overall it was better than I expected considering that it was a two star. The rooms are beautiful it is worth the extra money to get a Ocean View Room, it was the best!!!! I would definately come back.

| The Wexford is located close to everthing on the hip strip. Staff is friendly and excitement is out the front door. Get the room with the ocean view sunrise and sunset are beautiful.

| It's ok for what you pay, simple as that. Would probably go back there, but anybody in need of more luxury should pay the price and go to a 4 or 5 star resort. I had an ocean front room with a very nice view, but because it's at a road, it is a bit noisy, so if you are sensitive in that respect, choose a back room or a resort.

| 1.The staff at the hotel was very friendly. 2.The cleaning of the room was complete, too and it was comfortable. 3.It was embarrassed that coming out of the hot water worsened sometimes.

| My stay there was very brief. The rooms were comfortable, and whatever is not available they provide promptly. I didn't think the gentleman who work the reception desk was very helpful. Infact, he seemed preoccupied. However, its okay to stay a couple days the most. The restaurant was overprice and the quality of food was not great.

| The Wexford is conveniently located at the edge of the "Hip Stip". It is well within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and a nice sandy beach right across the hotel. The service is pleasant and the hotel staff are very hospitable. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, air-conditioned, cable TV and the balcony area is a nice touch. The pool is also well maintained and clean. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at Wexford and would love to return!

| my friend and i are college students, so were looking for a nice cheap place to stay; this was certainly it. the staff was very friendly, the location; although on a edge of the hipstrip was still very convenient. although the pool is small, the beach is right across the street, and doctors cave beach is only a couple blocks away.

| We chose to stay at the Wexford because of the price. What a big mistake that was! The staff was rude and not at all helpful. I don't think they cleaned the room before we checked in and the room had a strange odor to it. I paid extra for a "ocean view" room which over looked the parking lot, with the ocean in the backround. There were people up all night partying in the parking lot with loud music playing. This made it difficult to sleep, not to mention I wanted to sleep in the chair because the bed was so uncomfortable. If you are thinking of staying here, learn from our experience and spend a little extra money to stay elsewhere, trust me it will be worth it!!!

| This was my second time staying at the Wexford. I like the basic comfort and the ocean view. If someone is in MoBay for less than a week and doesn't mind living on the strip, the Wexford is the place.

| Considering the price of this hotel, the value is outstanding, rooms were great especially the apartment style rooms. Very close to the beach but not so close to the clubs that will keep you awake.Overall a great little find and if we come back we will stay there again.

| The only problem we had in our hotel room was the air condition, it didn't work until the last day we were there. They also need to do some remodeling in the bathroom. But it was well worth the price! Plus it is right on the "hip strip" so there was alot for us to do without getting a taxi. The people that work there are very friendly also!

| the wexford is very conviently located to the hip strip, but not right in the middle of it. it's an older motel, but very well ran, and kept up very nicely. view from the ocean view room is pretty.there is not much beach area. if i were to go back to jamacia, i would probably choose to stay in negril area. the wexford is in a great location for people who like to party, but not for those who enjoy the quiet and calm. very convient to the airport.

| Hotel staff was very pleasant; food in the restaurant was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable although they could use a little makeover such as carpet, furniture, etc. I was in Montego Bay visiting friends, so I didn't not spend a lot of time at the hotel. The hotel is in a good location for walking to the beach or downtown.

| The problem I had with the wexford Hotel was the air conditioner. I developed a sinus headache almost on a daily basis. The filters in the air conditioner needs to be changed on a regular basis. There was one night during my stay that I did not have the unit running, I was ok. On another note, the hotel have a beautiful garden, however, it needs better maintainance. The grass needs to be groomed to maintain a healthy greenry.

| Hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was curious and helpful. The location of the hotel on the Hip Strip was perfect giving you a magnificent view of the bay and closes proximity to restaurants, shopping and drinks. You will be very happy about your decision.You should walk through downtown Montego Bay once during the day and night, so you can see the energy of the city. Try during the day first so you know where you are going. The night will amaze you as you see the cities people enjoy the business and commerce of downtown. Please know to be careful if you decide to venture downtown. The Hip Strip will occupy your touristy needs with the beaches, shops and plenty of rum. I have been all over the world, but Montego Bay, Jamaica, gave me a wonderful experience and many great memories.
