| I have stayed at the Galt House many times and usually enjoy it. However, this trip was last minute and we were stuck in the old side of the hotel. The carpet was gross, the bed was uncomfortable and the elevators took forever. I had to go to a wedding and there was no staff available to help me get a cab. I finally walked 15 blocks in three inch heels for fear of being late!

| The Galt House Hotel was a great place to stay for our visit while going to see Abbey Road on the River this Memorial Day weekend! The hotel was right next to this event with some events/bands playing at the hotel itself. The staff and service as the hotel was good! The cost of the hotel was good and comparable to any hotel in a down town area. We plan to stay there again the in future!

| Stay in the East Tower. The East Tower has the registration desk, easy access to parking garage, and has been fully renovated. West Tower has not been renovated.

| The room we stayed in was very comfortable, clean and had all the necessities. Our friends were in the room next to us and it was very antiquated and dark but was clean and bearable. Overall the hotel was very nice and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I was disappointed that we had to pay $9.00 to park in the garage.

| The remodeled rooms are nice - the suites are spacious and well laid out. But... in order to be four-star they need to improve on the details. The beds were terrible! The mattress was soft and squishy and the bedding was cheap, short and scratchy. Even the bath towels were small. I'll give them credit that the bathrobes in the room were a nice touch and were soft and plush.

| I followed the advise of an expedia reveiw and asked for a remodeled room. The corridor leading to my room smelled old and smokey, once in the newly remodeled room it was very clean and comfortable. The view of the Ohio River was beautiful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I loved the enclosed walk way to the conference center.

| We have stayed at the Galt House several times and are always impressed. It's one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, if you get the right rooms(the west tower). The recent renovations are wonderful and the suites are immaculate. We'll be back next year!

| I had an Executive Suite at the Galt House East. The rooms have recently been renovated and are exceptional. I was pleased with everything about my accomodations, the parking, and the customer service. I'd recommend it to anyone!

| Stayed in an executive suite over the New Year's Eve holiday and had a great experience. The price for the suite was about the same as a single room at other local hotels where I have stayed and had worse experiences. My only complaint is that although there was in-room dining available, there was no menu in the room. When I called to request it, it took an hour to get me one and then it was a dirty xerox bundle. Given the holiday and the capacity crowd, I can understand the wait.

| ... but it was a decent place to stay. The hotel was undergoing some renovation - which is good, because the place looked like it was decorated in the 70's (avocado green, dark brown, anyone?) Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room and beds were comfortable overall, with adequate storage and table space and a nice view of the river. Bathroom was a bit dark. It was only a short walk to the Convention Center and restaurants. Quick trip (Only $15.50 before tip in a taxi) from the airport. All in all, it was a good deal.
