| The view was fantastic, the balcony large, but the hotel is rundown. It might have been clean but did not seem so because of the shabbiness of the furnishings. The elevator was carpeted on the walls with bad carpeting. Needs to be changed. First impressions are important. The bath was way to small. Had to shut the door before you could sit on the toliet. This could be a great place with some good remodeling.

| beautiful, serene and so peaceful, walked out of the room and onto the beach, can't wait to go back! Could have used more pillows and a remote that worked, maybe it would be time to upgrade to a DVD player.

| This hotel is not the nicest in Tahoe, but I think it has one of the best views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. the room itself was nice and I like having a full-size fridge and furnished kitchen. The room is very clean and the staff is kind. The only thing that is holding back this hotel is that it is very dated. the color schemes were wrong for the obviously new beds and tiled shower. Also, I got a little worried when we drove up to it as it looks like trash from far away, then you get close and realize that it is freshly painted that hideous brown. But the lobby is reasuring and then once you open the door to your room and see the lake, you cant help but notice anything else. Will definately stay again and encourage others to stay as well. In the middle of remodeling, but you wont notice and the price is unbeatable.

| We loved the room ,it was a good size and comfy and clean as well.The view from the room was amazing and worth everything.Food and a good pharmacy walkinh distance.....overall we will go back for sure.Only thing was that it is a little beaten up from the outside but def great on inside.Housekeeping can improve i think.

| The staff was accomidating when I called ahead to request a specific room location. The exterior of the room was somewhat rundown but the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the lake was spectacular.

| Great continental breakfast! Loved the microwave! Only downside was the breakfast/microwave/den room closes after hours. Was unhappy couldn't heat up food after hours.

| 1 minute from the best ski mountain (Heavenly) in Tahoe. Away from trafic. Exelent location, front of the lake balcony, same street of casinos and very nice restaurants. You can walk to a big pharmacy right in front of the hotel. Very Nice and at a good price.

| Had a beautiful view of the lake, access to the beach from our room. Close to casinos. Great breakfast resturant next to hotel. Had a wonderful time.
