Our room did not get made up two days in a row because they were short handed. Our daughter had to move to another hotel because she is pregnant and they put her into a smoking room even tho she had requested non-smoking and they had no other room for her. One of the elevators to the parking levels was broken down two times. Great location and good restaurants in the area and extremely convenient to Arlington Cemetery.

I never bothered to ask if there was a pool, because I just assumed there would be in a Hyatt. Other than that, it is close to the Metro and DC sightseeing. The beds are very comfy. The food in the restaurant is very expensive and the hotel bar is pricey, but there are alternatives close to the hotel. Tiny lobby made it a bit crowded, but otherwise a good choice.

I was happy with the location - right across the street from the metro. On the first night back, we had problems with our room key. I went to the front desk to ask for a replacement. I expected them to require ID or verify some type of personal information before reissuing a room card. Instead, they just gave me a new card - no questios asked. I couldn't believe the lack of safety! Our toilet was not flushing properly and although we were only there four days we had to call for service twice. The repairman was quick to show up, but it was still frustrating and inconvenient.

The folks at the front desk were super friendly and helpful....They never minded giving us a map, showing us how to get somewhere, or answering our many questions. Our room was upgraded at no charge to incude a refrigerator--the cleanliness was impeccable and the maid never failed to leave extra coffee for in the morning....This is a well run hotel...

Wow, we were treated so well! I will now start looking for a Hyatt everywhere we go! Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. Loved the fact that each bed had 4 down pillows on it! Really nice neighborhood. Starbucks, Ruby Tuesday's, & Burger King all within a short walk. And the best was Rosslyn Metro Station around the block!

We arrive to find our room was ready early, very clean and decorated with a sophisitcated flare, very nice! Parking we easy also. No suprises at this hotel, just all, done right. The hook up for a lap top in the room was amazingly simple, i did not bring mine along, but wish i had after seeing the nice desk area and hook ups. The metro indeed was close and very quickly brought you to the museums. We did struggle with how to use the machine to purchase your fare ticket...but after asking an attendent, we were OK! The bed is comfortable, we woke refreshed. THe breakfast buffet was really good, the service was speedy and very polite. I look forward to staying here again.

Nice hotel in suburban Washington D.C. area. Not much to do after dark. In fact, most nearby restaurants were closed to new customers after 10 p.m. on Saturday night. Less than one mile to walk over to Georgetown. Being one block from the Metro station was extremely convenient. There were no telephone directories in the room. I was told if I needed one to go to the lobby phones. You will hear some early morning noise from airplanes since National Airport is so nearby. I have been at other Hyatts where the use of the internet in the business center was free. at this hotel you pay a minimum of $5.00 for each 15 minutes of internet use. The rate goes up if you need to print something.

Overall, we were very happy with the hotel, especially the quality of the amenities such as the toiletries etc The location, near the Roslyn Metro makes it very convenient. One very minor complaint - our room (315) was next to the elevator shaft and we heard a rumbling sound whenever the elevator was in use so avoid any room next to the elevator. We would defintely stay there again.

If you don't mind a ten minute walk, this hotel is a short walk across the Key Bridge to Georgetown's vital "M" Street shopping and restaurants. It is right around the corner from the Rosslyn Metro station and thus an esy hop to central Washington's museums and monuments. Bonus: the restaurant in the hotel offers a diverse continental menu that is exceptionally good.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend trip to DC. The hotel was more than we bargained for. It was inexpensive (compared to hotels in DC), clean, and was in a fantastic location. We walked 1 block to the Metro and were on the Mall in less than 5 minutes. The room had wireless Internet access, which was great for me at night. It was clean and housekeeping did a great job keeping our towels, etc stocked. The only negative was that the guest services were not very helpful with directions around DC. I actually went to another hotel and got great instructions on how to maneuver around the city. Otherwise, it's a great stay at a great value.

The beds were lumpy. I wasn't able to get a wireless connection to the internet. The toilet broke. The general condition of the hotel, for a HYATT hotel was poor. The food, though, was excellent. Great location, too, right across the street from the subway.

The Hyatt Arlington was a great place to stay. Right across the street from the Metro station, close to various restaurants with great choices less than a block away. We did not stay in the room much, but the time spent in the room was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful with directions and recommendations. Will definately stay here during our next visit.

Mediocre accomodations with lots of frills. Good concierge, willing to bend the rules to make your stay better. Pool is outdoors, which is hit or miss if you want that. Otherwise, if you plan on using lots of hotel services, exercise facilities, &c., then it's worth the price.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times on the weekend. We are usually staying in the DC area to attend an event at the Kenndy Center. The hotel is very close to a Metro station and the first stop is at Foggy Bottom for the Kennedy Center. The rooms are contemporary, clean and moderately affordable. We highly recommend this hospitality experience. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is very good as is the service.

The Arlington Hyatt is a great place to stay when visiting the Washington D.C. area. It's on the main thoroughfare in downtown Arlington but it is easy to get to and there is parking underneath it (though weekday charges seem excessive). It is next to a Metro station from where you can go nearly anywhere in the Washington area. The hotel is clean and well equipped. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. I and my family always enjoy staying there.
