| We'd try someplace else next time. Bathtub drain stuck. Computers were messed up so we were unable to change rooms to the one we'd requested. If all you need is a bed, OK. If expecting much else, try another.

| This hotel is in the perfect location downtown, but it looks kind of sketch from the outside. It's not beautiful, but the room was reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately when I went to shower, I found that the shampoo bottle was basically empty, which was very annoying at 5:00 am before a meeting.

| I found the Executive Tower to be a good experience overall. The restaurant was outstanding with great food and service. Our maid service was excellent and the staff very helpful with directions and suggestions on area sites. The rooms were small but comfortable. The bathroom could have been updated.

| This is an older hotel that has been updated. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The 24 hour parking garage joins the building. Walking distance to the Denver Performing Arts Complex and the Convention Center. Good choice if you are attending the theater or activities at the convention center.

| Older but well kept. Beds not great. Small bathrooms. Air conditioning needs to be serviced in several rooms. Changing rooms did not help We were there wqith large group for a seminar at the very nearby convention center. Main gripe was air and small rooms. Much less expensive than other hotels. Inhouse resturant was very good. Attached garage $12 a day, but convenient.

| The hotel was clean overall, the HotTub was nice, but the pool deck was neglected and no locker room in the pool area. The fitness center was only 3 pieces of equipment. The front desk staff were not very helpful with directing a single person who was not familar with the city on how to get around and see the sights. However, the room was a very comfortable and the housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of the Convention Center, Performing Arts Center and the 16th Street Mall ~ which was very helpful.

| Overall, I really liked this hotel, and you can't beat the price. The bathrooms are VERY small; other than that, my room was very nice. The furniture was a bit dated (chipped corners on the wooden desk, worn fabric in places on the chairs) but the room was clean and fairly spacious (I stayed in a room with a king sized bed, which also had a loveseat, a chair, and two desks). There is a relatively affordable restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast costs $6-$10; dinner can run as high as $25, but I paid around $10 for a pasta and chicken dish. If I ever return to Denver I would be happy to stay at this hotel again. The price is great, the location is very convenient and the hotel is very quiet. I never once heard my neighbors (either next door or upstairs). Oh, also, I had a really nice view of the mountains from my room on the 13th floor.

| My biggest complaint - a coffeepot and coffee was not availabe in the room. I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel that did not provide this service. At the Executive Tower Hotel, you had to go to the lobby to get coffee or call room service.

| The Executive Tower Hotel in Denver met my expectations. It's location, close to the 16th St. Mall, & close to my son's home, was ideal. The rooms are large, clean & comfortable. Front desk staff are friendly, courteous, & willing to help with customer needs. Customer service is so important in any business, & everyone met that need.Exercise opportunities are great! An outdoor track & well equipped exercise room are available to all guests.

| The cleaning staff did a poor job keeping the hallways clean. Trash (used kleenex, swabs, wrappers, etc.) fell from trash cans when the cleaning staff emptied them into their carts and they never bothered to pick it up...left a VERY POOR 'first impression' when I arrived and every time I left the room.

| Not just a little bit of mold either. Enough to be surprised. It was in the ceiling and in the shower. We were extremely happy with the service and understand that the building may be old but.... for the price of the room-there should not be mold- ever. There was also considerable wear and tear on the cabinet in the vanity area.

| The hotel is the closest one to the Conference Centre, and therefore most people who stay there are business people coming to Denver only for Conferences. The staff are very good, especially the bar staff. The only down side to the Hotel was the size of the bathrooms, they were more like cubicles than rooms.
