| We stopped as we were passing through Memphis, it was ok, just your average hotel. The breakfast was good.

| This was one of few hotels close to the area where I needed to stay because of a funeral. The room was clean and comfortable but I was not impressed. I thought the cost was high for the area and the room.

| Cheap, but lots of problems. No heat in the first room. I called the desk, they said to come down to the office and pick up a portable heater. When I got there I was told that someone else had just taken it. There were lots of empty rooms, but they wouldn't let me change rooms because "tomorrow we're sold out". Eventually I was given a different room, and was able to coax a little heat out of the heater/ac system. The beds were almost impossible to sleep in, the mattress had such a deep depression in the center that you inevitably rolled to the center. Went to the desk and asked for 2 pillows to fill in the valley in the mattress, I was reluctantly given one. On the plus side, the continental breakfast was nice

| Ramada Limited West Memphis Arkansas was the average roadside motel. The rooms were clean and the service was average. Maid left the lights and TV on after cleaning the room which caused a little concern coming back to the hotel and opening the door.Continental breakfast was average without a large variety of products. However the breakfast was a nice convienence. Overall, the motel was clean and quiet although it was full during that weekend. The area was nice and had many stores, restaurants, ect nearby the motel. I was overall happy with the service and cleaniness of the motel. I would stay there again.

| The hotel was fine. The room was a little crowded (with excess furniture). It did not have a microwave or refrigerator. They could remove one of the tables and chair and placed a the microwave and small refrigerator in that space.
