| The rooms were a little small, but the bathroom was nice and big. Cleanliness was excellent. Good hotel if you can deal with the small room.

| Housekeeping great! Not impressed with breakfast the best thing they served was blueberry muffins. Front desk service were not to friendly. I checked out at 5:30 in the morning and the front desk receptionist was very pleasant. Night shift friendly, day shift not very welcoming.

| We could hear our neighbors on both sides. Especially the joining room. There was a big gap on the bottom of the joining room door.

| We had a great time. The staff was great. I would not pay extra for the beach view rooms. All of the rooms are fine.

| Hotel is across the street from the beach. A little bit of a far walk to the center of Laguna Beach where bars & restaurants & shopping was, but could be done. About a 5 minute drive - if you can find a place to park. Hotel was nice. Room had nice large jacuzzi. Would stay here again when passing through Laguna Beach.

| This hotel might be a Best Western, but the spa tubs in each room were wonderful! It was very relaxing and not too far from the center of town.

| For the price the hotel is pretty good,however we were led to believe that it was right on the beach. This hotel is located on Pacific Coast Hwy but is on the east side so there is no full ocean view even form the top floor. In order to get a partial ocean view your room must be on P.C.H. which makes for a terrible night sleep. The rooms look much larger in the picture and the a/c could not keep the room cool. The positives are the hotel staff were excelent the price is relatively low. My suggestion would be if you want to stay at Laguna Beach pay alittle extra and get a nice place and make your vacation perfect, this hotel was the only part of my vacation that didn't meet my expectations.

| Overall, we enjoyed the hotel for the price. Room was clean and the spa was a nice addition. We were on the first floor though. If you walked out on your 3 foot patio, you were looking at peoples feet walking by because your room is lower than the street. If you want an ocean view, you need to be on the top floor. But it is still only a ok view at best since you are on the opposite side of the street. Pool is extremely small for a hotel that size. Sevice could be better...lady who worked the front desk during the day had to be aroused by fireworks to get her attention. She seldom spoke at all even with eye contact. Finally, the continental breakfast was only ok. We still had a nice visit because there was convenient parking in the hotel and is relatively close to the downtown shops.

| in you want to stay on oceanfront in laguna beach it is a good choice for the money. beware of check in time of 4:00pm and choose your room. i recommend 4th floor rooms facing the back if you like quiet. bottomline: it is a humble but clean, neet small hotel where somebody stuck huge ugly tubs in bathrooms.
