| The breakfast and happy hour are supurb. The rooms are emaculate and the service is outstanding. I would recomend this hotel to anyone going to lake Tahoe to Ski, Gamble or any other vacation.

| The only gripe I have is against the concierge. I found them to be unhelpful and bordering on useless. We were not presented with any information pertaining to the areas attractions...we found out on our own. We had requested that dinner reservations be made for us at the concierges advice and they never were. The concierge felt that trying to persuade us to visit the Embassy Suites timeshare was of more importance. NO HELP AT ALL!!!! I must say that the buffet breakfast was excellent.

| The convenience and location of the hotel is superb. I probably wouldn't stay anywhere else now that I have stayed at the Embassy Suites. The room was great and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The valet service needs some addional employees, but other than that the hotel is superb.

| It was right before Thanksgiving and I think the rookie staff was on hand because business was slow. The pool was unavailable. They had no idea how to hook up the playstation. (They had diabled all of the buttons that control the video signal so that you could only get their internet and their movies. I figure it out!!) The quality of the TV is low so that you have to order viewing from them at $10.95. The valets were difficult to find.On Thanksgiving when the crowds, the A team came on.

| The stay was sooo nice, that when we were offered a 90 min tour of the vacation resort, we bought a timeshare because of the quality of the environment at the hotel as well as the resort itself. Definately a place to stay anyday of the week.... definately worth the $$$ YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!
