| It was a great value and loved the fact the pool was open 24 hrs a day, however, there were closer hotels to the falls that would have cut down on the walking. No complaints.

| We paid, what we believe, an extremely fair price for the King Room Suite with jet tub. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The hotel was not crowded and everthing seemed in order. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

| This hotel is OK; would be great if it were updated a bit. The room and bathroom were clean. Mattress a litte old, but were fairly comfortable. Indoor pool small and not handicapped accessible. Be prepared to pay a hefty fee for parking - as is the case with most Niagara Falls hotels. Also be prepared - the hotel sits on top of a very steep hill. Overall, I would select this hotel again.

| The location of this hotel was in a rundown area of Niagra Falls. The room was equiped with a coffee maker yet they had no regular brew in house and did not offer to send up a pot from room service to accommadate the situation. The room was not properly stocked and the previous rooms occupant's soap was left on the sink. No view of the Falls to be found, just a weed infested parking lot.

| We stayed at the Clarion for a leisure birthday weekend. We were very disappointed to find that this hotel was not as nice as it's 3 star rating suggests. We requested a non-smoking room. When we arrived in our labeled non-smoking room, we were greeted with a heavy smell of stale cigarette smoke. We complained to the front desk and a housekeeper came and sprayed the room... the smell did not go away at all. When we checked out, we again complained and the clerk did not care or apologize. Stay away from the breakfast buffet, the food tasted like cardboard. 24-hour pool was a bonus though! If you're looking for a nice hotel, don't stay here.

| This hotel was fine if you just wanted a place to sleep. They charged for parking $13 a night, had no free breakfast, charged for wireless $10 for 2 hours, not helpful with a cord to use on their wired network, not helpful with tourist information. They did check us in and out quickly. The pool was nice although the water was a little cloudy. In the Niagara area the food is very expensive.

| For a mid priced hotel within walking distance of Niagra Falls, this hotel was quite nice. Very quiet, very clean rooms. The only complaint would be the parking fee.

| The check in was smooth. The parking was easy. The walk to the casino was short. We walked down the Clifton hill to the Falls and then up to the Casino and back to the Hotel and took our time. It was a nice walk. The hill is not that long but it is steep. The Location is actually great because I do not like the insane traffic around the Falls and Casinos. I have only two complaints about the hotel. I need a hard bed. These beds were too hard for me. I slept maybe four hours. It was too painful. The rest of our group slept fine. So, it may be just me. The other complaint is the bath tub. It was dirty from the previous person. I cleaned it and all was fine. Inspections should prevent that. Everything else was fine. It was quiet, everyone was polite and efficient and the hotel overall is clean and nice.

| Hotel was further than listed from the falls. My wife & I were not comfortable with the security of the building. Anyone could enter and exit the rear entrance, no key card was need to enter at any time. Parking gates didn't need any key cards or pin numbers and one gate was open at all time. This hotel did not appear to have any security to check the floors at different times of the evening. There was a loud party on the floor we were on and the rooms were not sound proof to block noise.

| Our fellow travelers had major problems with their rooms. One had a tub that had to be "recorked" because it was so rusty amd molded. Also had handles missing from their bureau. The other couple had a rom that was old and filthy. Pillow cases and towels were dirty when they checked in. Room was a disgrace-could not even see out of their window. The hotel compensated by giving us "free parking". BIG DEAl//!!!!!!!

| First, no shuttles to casinos and that was a deciding factor with me reserving at this hotel. It's pretty dingy. Definitely a budget hotel. The lights in the bathrooms were horrible. The service at the front desk was extremely slow and they didn't know what they were doing. It took 45 minutes for the girl to figure out parking charges for 3 rooms. I definitely won't be back.

| They upgraded us to a jacuzzi room. The staff was very helpful. The jacuzzi is right in the main room in front of the tv, pretty neet. Nothing fancy about this hotel but very comfortable and clean. Nice 10 min walk to the falls, I wouldn't say "by the falls", more like not far away
