| i was shocked at how nice and comfortable this hotel turned out to be. The staff there were great and friendly and went out of their way to help out. Great bar called Blu at the top level, great restaurants down by the lobby. breakfast was especially good.

| From the moment we walked into the Pfister, we received service from all employees beyond what we could have ever wished for. We also were very impressed with the level of quality we found there, in general. We were on our honeymoon, and truly had the red carpet rolled out for us. The rooms, amenities, service and restaurants/ lounges made us never want to leave the hotel, and we definitely stayed in our rooms longer than I have ever wanted to do in a hotel before. This is the hotel for you if you want to be treated like royalty!

| from the time my wife, son and i arrived we were treated with complete hospitality. the bellhop, concierge and front desk attendants were extremely helpful. the room was in great condition. we could not have asked for a better experience.

| This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in quite some time. It has a lot of class and character. The hotel personnel were very plesant and informed with the surrounding area.

| People who appreciate the class and artistry of the older hotels will enjoy the Pfister. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Our room was a corner room with lots of windows and a great bed. Very classy and clean. We'll stay there again.

| Security seems a bit lacking. The parking garage is open to the public. And the elevators go direct to the hotel room floors. On the 25th floor is a swiiming pool and changing rooms, as well as a public Lounge sharing the same elevator and hall. The whole 25th floor smells of cigarette and cigar smoke.
