| London hotels are notoriously expensive and shabby for the price. This one was in the Docklands, about a 10-15 minute tube ride from the center of the city, so it was cheaper than centrally located lodgings. It wasn't bad overall, but there was almost no water pressure in the shower and I'd have been very disappointed in the quality of the hotel if we'd paid the full listed price. At Expedia's price, it was worth it. I don't think we'd choose it again, though.

| It was a good experience staying here. Polite staff. Quick checkin and checkouts. Fast room service. The gym and spa is pretty good too. 2 computers in the computer room with free internet access and limited applications. Wireless connectivity. Good view of the Thames from the room. Close to the Canary Wharf tube station. In the middle of London. Next time I visit London I am definitely going back.

| This hotel is situated right on the river and has great views of London. Comfortable rooms and reasonably good service (eg they were able to provide an Australian-UK power adaptor at 11.00pm at night, but we had to go down to the front desk to ask because no one was answering the phone at the front desk).

| Wonderful experience, curtious people. would definately recommend it to anyone. Book it thru expedia for cheaper rate since the hotel rates at the counter and 3-4 times mpore than that of Expedia.
