| Pool is to small, and pool bar not open. Bed pillows to hard. Valet lost our rental car keys and while we were given a ride we were told they would get a new key and bring us the car but after waiting all day I called and was told to take a cab back and Valet would pay cab fare but didn't. Than had to waste more time with hotel manager for cab fare very poorly ran hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or would I ever come back.

| The lobby and common areas are very impressive, but our room was a totally different story. One of the sinks in the bathroom wasn't even hooked up to water, and the shower ceiling leaked (it had been poorly patched with a piece of drywall to cover the water stain). When we called to complain and request another room, we were told it was the best room they had available. The waitstaff at the restaurants were barely pleasant, The second day we called to complain about the stumbling drunk next door waking us up at 4:30 a.m., and were told that he was checking out that day... they didn't send security or anything. There is at least a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the adjoining door to the room next door, and you can hear everything! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get any sleep during their stay.

| I went there for a weekend back in mid-December - hotel is undergoing renovations so we had to take 2 elevators to get to our room - slight inconvenience. Check in was on the slow side. However, I had the worst time I've ever had in any hotel sleeping - the beds were really uncomfortable, the pillows were lumpy and hard, and the heater/AC controls made the room either too hot or too cold. I felt like dried fruit in the morning! Would definitely look at other places to stay next time.

Great to be right there on the Monorail. We also signed up fro one of their game cards and got 2 buffets for 2. Really good food.

| We had a great time staying at the Las Vegas Hilton. It was a beautiful hotel, with lots of amenities, such as their large pool, and of course, "The Star Trek Experience." It was also convenient to take the monorail right from our hotel down to The Strip. I was glad we didn't stay on The Strip this time, our hotel had a much more laid-back feel.

| This hotel has some of the worst service i have ever encountered. Housekeeping was poor at best, after our first night at the hotel our room was not made up the second day we had to call housekeeping to have someone make up our room. the front desk staff are unable to make the simplest decisions regarding billing issues. The only bright spot at this hotel is the Star trek experience, very much worth the money and Quarks service and food are all great.

| I truly have enjoyed staying at the Las Vegas Hilton; they lived up to their reputation. Not only was my room very clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was a lot of fun. The whole Star Trek theme is great. The casinos were very enjoyable. Plenty of games for everyone. The only thing is that the free drinks service to the game players is very slow or scarce at times. You might want to strategically place yourself at machines near the drink waitresses for faster service. The Buffet was terrific too. AND with your dinner, you get free wine and beer! Not bad for $15 per person. My niece had shrimp alfredo (made to order by the chef) and just absolutely loved it. The mussels, shrimp, and Cajun fish I had were very tasty and had just the right amount of seasonings; not overly salted. The steamed carrots were absolutely sweet, crunchy, and delicious! To top it all off, the strawberries dipped in sweet white chocolate were yummy! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Checking in was a breeze. My room was available when I checked in at 11:00 a.m. Now THAT's customer service! I hope you will have as much fun as my niece and I did! We are contemplating about bringing more people with us the next time and staying at the Las Vegas Hilton again. It was such a pleasurable experience.

| The Las Vegas Hilton was one of the cheapest options available for our stay in Vegas and the hotel quality was just as good as most of those on the strip and better than some. I can see how location would have been a problem for the Hilton in the past, but now the monorail will take you where ever you need to go. We stayed in the central tower and our room was fantastic. We didn't try the dinner buffet, but the breakfast buffet was very good. I would definately stay at this hotel again.

Comfortable beds, very clean, lots of room in the rooms and the most comfortable pillows than any other hotel I stayed at. Check in & out was very easy and quick, staff was very nice. The Star Trek theme was great, but Quark's restaurant was a little pricey. Great breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant. Also our room had a great view of the mountains. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

| Rooms in the North & East Towers have new furnishings, with old carpet & draperies. Rooms in Central & West Towers have new carpeting & draperies, but old furnishings, which we found extremely odd. Bathroom tile & vanity were brand new, but the Hilton re-installed the old toilet, tub, and sink fixtures which are very dated, and really degrading to the appearance. Housekeeping during our stay was nothing more than the bed being made up, and fresh towels. Nothing else. Housekeeping starts early and they fly through the rooms quickly.

The price compared to the other hotels wasnt even close. Casino is great. We won $500 on the Barry Manilow slot machine in about 15 minutes on $20 (thanks Barry!!!) Monorail comes right to the hotel which was nice. I would stay there again. Only complaint was the windows was a bit dirty. Need a window cleaner for the windows. The Barry Manilow show is fantastic and my wife wants to go back. Will book again!!!

| We had 4 different rooms in 3 different areas of the hotel. All were exceptionally spacious as compared to most other hotel rooms of the same caliber. Comfortable beds (very important to me!) and everything in working order. The free valet parking was a nice perk for hotel guests. The Strip monorail conveniently stops right at the hotel. Staff was very courteous and responsive.

| We knew that the Hilton was a block off the strip, but we didn't realize it's also on the north end, which means to go anywhere was $12-$20 in a cab. The good thing was it's right on the monorail, which can save you lots of money. The Hilton has the "Star Trek" attraction, which was a little weird and somewhat smelly. A few good restraurants in the hotel. The room was okay, but the carpet was stained. Nice view of the mountains. If you want to save a few dollars and don't mind paying for transportation, the Hilton was a good place to stay.

| For the price I can't complain, but it is obvious that this hotel has seen its prime come and go. The room had many quirks such as broken blinds and hearing the elevator go up and down at all times of the night, even though we were not directly adjacent to it. The less expensive restaurants were nothing to brag about. The casino's were not the friendliest in Vegas. The star trek themed casino was quite dirty, the slots didn't get cleaned regularly. We ended up doing most our gambling in other casino's on the strip. Probably will pay a little more next time and stay in a cleaner/newer place.

| Hotel is typical big grand Vegas style with everything you need right in the hotel including a sports book. Only draw back is its distance to the main strip. Although not far by cab (~$10 to Caesar's) its just too far to walk. But this can be allieviated by using it tram service ($3 each way or day passes available) which goes quickly (<10min) to all popular places on the strip.
