| An improvement would be a airport shuttle from the hotel. Restaurants within the hotel were excellent.

| The room temperature was either way too hot or way too cold- never just right. The toilet flushed so loud it could wake the dead. Decor was old and drab and nothing was up-to-date. No perks like continental breakfast, free shuttle to airport, etc.

| The room was small. The carpet was wet. The air conditioner/heater "mostly" worked. The room was "mostly" clean. All in all, the room would be acceptable at a lower end motel/hotel but not what I expect at a Radisson.

| Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast would have been nice, but there was coffee in the room and lots of alternatives on Mass Ave and around. It's a bit of a hike to the nearest T stop, but there was a shuttle available. I'd go stay here again!

| Comfortable room & reasonable rate (sadly, no Select Comfort mattress available at this hotel yet). Great view of the Charles River & all its activities. A pleasant relief from the traffic & congestion of nearby Boston where I spent most of my trip moving daughter into college. Handy to be next door to Trader Joe's grocery. Will definitely stay there again.

| This hotel was a good pick for a weekend visit to Boston. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasent. The complimentary shuttle around Cambridge was very nice and efficient. We took it to and from Harvard Square for dinner (John Harvards Brewhouse great choice for families) and to the T station for a trip into Boston. Unfortunately, the weekend I was there was an extreme heatwave for the region - high 90s and humid - and my room AC just could not handle it. The room was never comfortably cool and after my family of 3 took showers, it was almost unbearable. I am not sure how universal of a problem this is for Boston on particularly hot days - most of the restaurants, shops, attractions we went to were also less then optimally cool. The $15 a night parking charge was annoying but is apparently a universal feature of Boston hotels.

| If you don't mind waiting for the shuttle service to bring you from the hotel to the T, then this hotel is a good choice. Otherwise, the Radisson is rather far from public transport. The shuttle service is quite frequent though it only brings you to areas around Cambridge. The service is very good in general. The rooms are spacious though it isn't quite true that all rooms have a view of the Charles River. The rooms are very clean and well-kept, though mine had a slight smell of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. But that's a very small complaint. Unfortunately there's no coffee maker or kettle for tea in the rooms. But they do provide coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. There are two restaurants in the hotel which are fairly good and the price is reasonable. There is an indoor heated pool that's not large enough to do laps but defintely big enough to relax in. There's also free wi-fi which was great. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!

| We enjoyed our three-day stay very much. Our room was facing front and the Charles River...it was a lovely view. We chose the hotel for the use of the shuttle bus to Harvard and we were very pleased with the service. The drivers were friendly and helpful and we never waited long for a ride. We only wished that we had been able to get breakfast included in the price.

| This hotel is extremely convenient location and the price is right, but the bed sheets are stiff and there weren't fitted sheets on my bed. I found that a bit weird. I'll probably use again, since it isn't terrible, but if it wasn't a block from my mom's house, I wouldn't go back.

| The air quality in the room was poor and very dry. However the staff (cleaning, bell hops, and concierge) were all extremely professional and friendly. The room is a good room for a decent price in Boston. We had a car, but I realized it has a shuttle, therefore, it is really an ideal spot to stay in Boston, even though it is not beside the T.

| Good location - easy to get to from the Mass Pike. Rooms nice, restaurant and bar just okay. One place for improvement - fitness center and pool (pool doesn't have chnaging rooms, for example). Pretty good value for price - and on short notice.
