| Have stayed at many "Luxury chain" hotels but this hotel has it's own unique personality and charm.Great Pool area, good food and interesting Leopard Lounge. Feels like "Old Palm Beach" with a modern twist. Especially enjoyed the LCD TV hanging on the wall. Room and bath a little small but very comfortable with luxe linens and bath supplies.Free Valet Parking and attentive Staff

| This is a beautiful old Florida Hotel. We were unable to check in @ 3:00 p.m. because the previous guests left late. Check out is 12:00 p.m. ? ? ? Also had a reservation for tea @ 3:00 p.m. We waited. No one showed up. I went looking for a waiter @ 3:15.

| One of the nicer small hotels. All staff was extremely accomodating. No request was too much for them. We asked about an upgrade and got upgraded to a suite at no extra chatge.

| This hotel was beautiful inside and out, from its charming courtyard to luxurious linens, we will definately be back. The staff was very friendly and courteous; we especially loved the valet parking and evening turn-down service (with gourmet chocolates). It is walking distance to Worth Avenue and the beach, and stands in the midst of beautiful, historic Palm Beach. We would definately give this hotel an exceptional rating and would recommend it to our family and friends.

| We spent a long weekend at the Chesterfield. We loved the neighborhood (very quiet, walking distance to great shopping) and the secluded pool area (it was never too crowded), but were disappointed in the service. The first night we arrived, we grabbed a table in the courtyard for a before-dinner drink. We waited 20 minutes, and no one came out to take our order. I finally had to walk inside and request that someone come out to serve us. Even after my request, it took about 5 minutes for someone to arrive. The next morning, we wanted to have breakast by the pool area. I walked inside to the concierge desk and asked that she send someone out from the restaurant. We waited 20 minutes, and no one came. I walked inside again, and once again asked that someone come out with menus. 10 minutes later, a waiter arrived with menus. He handed them to us wordlessly, and did not offer to wait while we looked at the menu, or tell us when he would be back to take our orders. The The room was adequate, but very small. The bedspread was greasy, but the sheets were clean once the bedspread was peeled away. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and both my boyfriend and I went home with a sore back after three nights. This place certainly isn't worth top dollar, and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Don't go with high expectations.

| Nice hotel in the heart of Palm Beach. Staff was very helpful, professional, courteous. The reduced rate on Expedia made this a bargain for a weekend in Palm Beach. Only complaint was that the bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected given the quality of the hotel.

| My husband and I stayed at The Chesterfield in Palm Beach over Mother's Day weekend. The hotel was beautiful and clean and DID NOT SMELL. A review I read after I had booked our room said the hotel was dirty and smelled, so I was a little nervous until we got there. But that was not the case; the room was small, but nicely decorated and clean. The location was great, two short blocks from Worth Avenue where we had a wonderful dinner at Bice. On Sunday morning we had breakfast in the courtyard of the Chesterfield and that was also lovely. We had a wonderful stay at The Chesterfield and will go back soon.
