Very simple motel close to highway and airport. Room had fridge and stove. The room had a humid stench which only improved on the second day after I left the window open all day. (I had prepaid the stay otherwise I would not have stayed for two nights). There was a decent breakfast buffet, though.

The hotel was very loud, you could hear every step upstairs. Parking was limited at the hotel to just a dozen stalls. Windows poorly insulated against noise. Light shined in through windows.

The Travelodge LAX South in El Segundo is a decent, clean hotel for the money. Very few frills, but the pool is clean, the staff is courteous and the beds are comfortable. Bring a network cable to access the Internet and bring conditioner if you're used to using it. Don't expect luxury and you won't be dissappointed.

This hotel is good if all you are doing is sleeping. You get in really late take a shower and go to bed, get up early and go again. If you are on vacation and want to enjoy staying in your room, this is NOT the hotel for you.

I was at the same place last year so when i returned this year I asked for a room that was quiet when i checked in. This time the attendant that barely spoke english assured me that it is a very quiet room. It was NOT. People coming and going all night long, with a room right by the stairs which they refused to change for me. So if you want a good night rest at the end of a business day stay clear of this place.

Free breakfast, free parking, near the airport and the highway. The hotel staff was very nice and even let us into the room early. If you are looking for comfort or luxury, please move on because this place has none of the above. But if you are just looking for a cheap place to leave your stuff, then this is for you.

This hotel would be good to stay in for a night or two. It is close to the airport, with quick and friendly service. The breakfast was poor with only two options. The kitchen was useful, except that there were no pots or utensils to use. The location is poor in relation to the beach or other sightseeing locations. If you're on a budget, then be prepared to walk several miles to get anywhere.

The room was on the 2nd floor and was a decent size and it was clean. It was quiet at night so we always had a good night's sleep. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Many times we asked them for directions to different places and they were always more than happy to help us. The FREE shuttle to LAX airport was also a nice feature. If you want to save money and be 3 minutes from the LAX airport, this was a decent place to stay.

The room looked very run down. The tv didn't work very well. There was a kitchen...but we weren't interested in that. Very small room and small bathroom, I guess you get what you pay for. The only plus is that it is very close to In-n-out, the airport and the beach. Oh, and my car got dinged in the middle of the night and no one left a note...guess it's not the best neighborhood. :(

This hotel is south LAX and there is nothing around there (restaurants, shopping). This place is not for women or families. There is no security and anybody could knock on your door. As for cleanliness, the room was barely acceptable. If you are a guy just looking for a place to sleep... maybe.

the hotel was very convenient for travelling out of LAX, and the neighborhood seemed safe enough (a few sandwich shops, grocery store, and starbucks within walking distance). Also the hotel staff were efficient and courteous. However, the walls are paper thin and I hardly got a wink of sleep due to the other guests. The room was fairly clean and well kept, but it was the noise that drove me crazy.

The Travellodge is a good place to stay if you're flying out of LA in the morning because it's close to LAX and you won't have to fight much traffic to get to the airport. Other than that, it's not fancy, but it's not a dump either. The neighborhood seems safe enough. It's not particularly expensive, but I wouldn't call it a bargain either. The main feature of this hotel is proximity to LAX.

The Travelodge room was separate from the main hotel. Bathroom was 2 feet from bed and once you go through bathroom door there's the shower 1 step forward, toilet 2 steps left and sink had no place to place toiletries--Very cramped.Continental breakfast was extremely limited. Would never stay there a second time.
