On check-in we were immediately upgraded. Our suite was much more than we expected, spaceous and clean. (stay in the Masquerade tower if you can, it's the newest structure in the complex). 32nd floor, full view of the strip at night, beautiful. Extremely clean and quiet room! Never any noise and we had people all around us.Fiores Steakhouse has great food and even better service. The Spa has a very friendly staff and they work hard to get your services done when YOU want them. Concierge staff lined up a limo and made dinner reservations for us kind of at the last minute and everything was perfect.Fast room service, great breakfast buffet too!

The room was fantastic for a romantic end to an evening in Vegas. The price was cheaper than most for the time of year but you would never have known it. The staff was courtesy and helpful. The location was perfect. It is close to the interstate for traveling to sites and being off the strip actually made things relaxing. The free shows were well worth being there.

If your looking for a great place to stay and party in Vegas you have to try the Rio.The cocktail waitresses in and around the sports book are very friendly and beautiful. There was some girl at the check in counter that had a serious attitude problem towards some guest checking in while i was waiting in line.We also had to wait a hour before a room was available for us but other than that the Rio is a great place to hang out and party with friends. They also have a nice sports book with the nicest and hotttest waitresses in Las Vegas.I recommend paying a little extra for a view of the strip instead of the back side over looking the parking garages.

The hotel is great, I would recommend it to everyone. The only down side is that the comp at the hotel is a little disappointing. I know of better comp programs at other casinos/hotels in Vegas.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE HOTEL AND SERVICE WE RECEIVED. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. ALTHOUGH IT'S NOT ON THE STRIP, THE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AND FROM THE STRIP MADE IT VERY EASY TO SEE THE SIGHTS.
