| Most rooms have at lease a partial view of the beach/ocean area. The restaurant has decent priced food and tastes great. They offer a breakfast buffet daily. Valet parking only. Had great service.

| After reading some reviews others had given I was not expecting a great deal, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised from the very moment we arrived. We had requested an oceanfront room, and we very pleased with the location of our room. The room seemed to be clean and well kept...and the staff was very attentive and helpful.

| The only low point was the restaurant being understaffed Sunday evening, and therefore, very slow. However, the staff that was there made it up to us.

| The hotel was nice. We had an oceanfront king room that was big and clean. The only issues my husband and I had were with the hot tub that was WAY TOO HOT!! We told an employee that happened to be right around the pool when we noticed and he told the engineer, and they came and fixed it within probably 2 minutes. very good job. The only other thing that wasnt so great was the sand on the beach in front of the hotel. It wasnt "real " sand. There was something different about it. It was a dark gray color and was obviously put there and not "natural". Neither of these two things would keep us from going back or from recommending this hotel. Overall... greatchoice

| My husband and I extended a business trip and were not able to stay at the fabulous place where the conference took place. I have to say that the "OC," was really a let down. First of all if you don't rent a car you're at the mercy of their restaurant, unless you want to pay $60 in cab fare to get to and from w. palm's City Place. The food was terrible and there was only one server for the entire place- (breakfast, lunch and dinner on a weekend.) That evening, we were kept up by a huge prom party next door, which wasn't handled by the hotel staff until 5 am. The room itself needed lots of updating- tub fixtures were broken, peeling paint, etc. Very dumpy for Palm Beach. Pay the extra $ and stay at one of the other two five star hotels- it'll be money well spent!

| Hotel is perfect if you want to be right on the beach. It is a beautiful beach. Our room was big and had a balcony with partial view of the ocean, nice! Downside is the onsite restaurant....very bad and very expensive, but this is Palm Beach, everything is expensive.

| my husband and i enjoyed our stay immensely. we especially liked having a beachfront balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. positives were a clean room, in-hotel restaurant where you could look at the ocean while dining. especially enjoyed the breakfast at flip-flops and the steak dinner. service was friendly and polite. only minus was added parking and beachchair rental charges. the bathrooms are a bit old and small. other than that, we loved it. especially liked ogling the mansions of palm beach as we drove to dinner each night. recommend this hotel to anyonelooking to economize in palm beach.

| I got a great deal for the room per night. The hotel is right on the water & you can see the inlet also. The two main things that I did not like was that you had to use the $18.00 per night valet if you drove there and that there is no continental breakfast included. You could go to the in hotel resturant for a price tough. For the deal I got a nice room, in a quiet location with a great view. all in all it was not a bad deal.

| Breakfast was really expensive for what you get; coffee was very bad and not a lot of variety in foods. Dinner at the 'Flip-Flop' restaurant was very bad, very slow service and food was cold. All by all, very expensive hotel for what you get.

| The hotel itself is a great place to stay in palm beach. Very clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff did not seem to be up to par with the great hotel. Waitstaff and valet were excellent though. I enjoyed my stay and it was not my first choice.

| they need to clean the room daily and before 2pm. we were there 4days and our room was cleaned once. it was fairly clean when we arrived but not at all like 3 yrs ago when we stayed there. it is also very very hard to get information about renting the suites. i just did not understand that howere the valets were great and the food was awsume, and the beach was okay not as clean as when we were there before, but i would stay here again.

| My wife had not had a vacation in 5 years, we chose this place for a romantic getaway. and on ariving we were placed in a partical ocean view room. after paying for a full ocean view room! It took 6 days to resolve this problem. That left us with 3 nights with what we paid for. for their mistake we got 4 drink vouchers. We will not be back.

| Hotel is an average hotel. For the cost the services are very limited. What we booked through you is not what we got. In addition, we had to pay $18 per day to park which also included a tip because the car had to be valet. We never received an ashtray which was requested at check-in. We had 2 adjoining rooms - 1 of the rooms was not cleaned on either Sat or Sun of our stay and the other room was not cleaned on Sun. We were not impressed with the hotel at all.

| The only problems with the hotel was housrkeeping getting the rooms done by the time that your are ready to come off the beach to get clean up and the room was not done. The front desk said the can do the rooms up to 5:00pm. The otherproblem was that if you stay ona weekend and are on the 2nd floor or have a oceanview, you may not get that much sleep do to the weddings that the hotel hosts in the Main Resturant.

| Rooms are very small, beds uncorfotable and in need of updates. Very expensive for the size and conditons of the rooms. Will not stay there again.
