| Hotel was overall dingy...needs a good clean up..e.g. lighting fixtures, carpet needs cleaning. Artificial flowers and plants were dusty. Staff was friendly and effecient.

| The hotel was fine. The adjacent IHOP was a convenient and clean place to have breakfast. The location directly near the incoming flightpath into Atlanta and off the highway do not add the ambiance, but if you are looking for a convenient location, this is it.

| We had to stay overnight to make airline connections. Great airport shuttle, it was very prompt both coming and going. It is an older hotel and not located in the best of areas, but rooms are clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. IHOP and McDonalds are right out front. We would stay there again.

| My stay was fine and the hotel was nice. However only one elevator was operating and the room had a minor musty smell. An I-Hop restaurant was located directly in front of the hotel which was great for breakfast.

| This hotel is an older facility, however, the staff was professional and helpful. Worked out fine for an overnight stay for an early flight at a reasonable price.

| Overall, this hotel met all expectations. On the plus side rooms were clean, well decorated and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a step up from usual freebies. On the minus side, there as a long wait at airport for free shuttle. I found that the ice machine was not located on my floor. Since the hotel is a highrise, that meant an elevator ride to it. As a single woman travelling alone, I was not comfortable with that. Next time, I would ask for the location of ice machine when selecting a room... I arrived at night and there was not much selection for eating. All in all, I think the hotel was a good value.

| As our trip was for business and pleasure, this hotel was conveniently located for our purposes. The entire staff were accommodating and very pleasant. The shuttle service was A1 and very helpful. The pool area was very inviting and clean. We would stay there again when we had business in this area of the city.

| I needed a place close to the airport with shuttle service for a one night stay. Free breakfast was great! Shuttle ran on time. IHOP was located right in front and while not my idea of fine dining, it was convenient.

| When you enter the lobby, the area is very inviting. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pillows need improvement, they were not so fluffy. Good location by the expressways. A few minutes drive in any direction will put you at good dining spots. Scenery isn't the best, but you can get to the airport fast. Complimentary breakfast was limited to the standard foods, but you could make your own fresh waffles.The staff behind the desk were helpful in giving directions to attractions and eateries, but the maids and other staff did not acknowledge you at all (no good mornings or even a nod or hello)

| Staff was very friendly - only thing is they did not have room service - which worked out fine because they are next door to IHOP which is open 24 hours a day. That was something I should've checked on myself, prior to visiting. But experience was excellent.

| Stayed here while laying over for a flight. Kind of in the boonies, but 15 minutes from town, and 10 from the airport. It took a while for the shuttle to arrive from the hotel when I called at the airport. The room had a refrigerator and microwave in it! The only negative I can think of is the low flow shower head which means it takes 2 to 3 times longer to get the soap out off your body and hair, I hate that. I'm used to nicer hotels but this one is clean and the staff is friendly. I used the workout room in the morning and that was great, a/c and tv.

| We visited Atlanta from March 10 to 15 2005 with our 6 month old baby. My wife decided to stay in this hotel as it is near Atlanta downtown and airport; although I was reluctant on choosing this hotel as it was not rated by anyone. It turned out to be a right decision from my wife. The hotel is excellent in every aspect. The room was nice and clean and made us feel like home. The spacious room came with microwave, refrigerator, high speed internet, coffee maker, dryer, iron, standard bath supplies. Free continental breakfast near pool was served every day (5 to 10 am) and included Hot waffles, Juices, Tea, Milk along with other standard items like bagels, bread, cereals, milk etc. served in nice, clean, spacios breakfast room. The room service helped us with baby's needs. IHOP has FULL menu 24x7 and is located in hotel premises. This is one of the best hotels (3 or 4 star) we have stayed in past 4 years. We normally dont write reviews, but after staying in this hotel we felt that we should write one. We will go back to this hotel when we stay in Atlanta.
