| The Hotel staff is very accomodating. We were very please with the quality of service for a minimal price. When we entered our room we detected a musty odor. I believe that is because it is fully carpeted except for the bathroom. The moisture from the humidity and the wet suites from the pool may attribute to the funky smell. It would be in Ramada's best interest to rip out the carpeting and use material that can be maintained. I would also reccommend a better cleaning staff. If you look closely enough you will notice the details are not so clean. I hope the management reads this review and make some housekeeping changes. This hotel is approx 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and Opryland. The hotel is quite even though it is close to the thruway. We would certainly use this hotel again.

| The hotel feels tired and out of date, but I could put up with that if it were clean and with a good staff. It wasn't clean and they weren't good. Don't stay here unless it is the only alternative, and then be sure to bring shower shoes (so you don't get athlete's foot like I did) and lots of socks (so you don't have to touch the dirty carpet).

| I thought the hotel was a great fit for my 4 day weekend in Nashville. The staff was very nice and the room really fit my needs. It's right off the interstate and just a quick trip to anywhere you'd like to go in the city. The only problem we really ran into was when we called the front desk to get extra towels they never did come so we had to go hunt down the cleaning lady. The last night of my stay I went to enjoy the hot tub but I could have taken a bath that would of been hotter. Maybe they don't keep it very hot because of the southern heat. Overall the room was great and the price was right.

| I would only recommend if staying for a quick overniter if you had a cloths pin for your nose. The room smelled of smoke, dirt and pets. Next time I would stay somewhere else and pay more. The customer service at front counter and breakfast was the only good thing about the hotel.

| Heat the hot tub & clean the pool. They would not come back and clean my room because the 'do not disturb' sign was out until 11am. Rooms are old and funky. The room had a stove and refrigerator but no microwave, pots or utensils. Line for breakfast was out the lobby door and into the parking lot. It was ridiculous to expect people to wait on line 45 minutes for a cup of coffee.

| The airport shuttle does not run after 10pm which I didn't know . It was one of the reasons I picked the place , so I ended up having a $15.00 cab ride. Was glad I didn't have a car it looked like the parking was full. After a long walk to the room the key didn't work. The room smelled very strong of cig. smoke. It was ok

| This was once a nice motel type location with courtyard and outdoor pool; however it long ago lost its appeal. Poor maintenance, poor service at the front desk (the young man gave me terrible directions twice, and the worst continental breakfast ever partially consumed made my stay sad. I recommend that you stay somewhere else.

| Package deal included the Ramada Inn and Suites Airport in Nashville. Desk clerk was pleasant.. did not realize this is a "motel" style. Property was dirty, pool unfilled and swampy. Upon arrival in room, couch was torn and dirty and... cockroaches scurrying under the furniture. Immediately cancelled stay. Do not stay here... period.

| Went to Nashville on a job interview. Have stayed with Ramada before(not this location) so I decided to stay with them in Nashville. The front clerk was nice. As a suite, it had a kitchenette. A sign in the room said cooking kits and eating kits available at front desk(pots, pans, etc). When I asked for an eating kit, she went to a back room and got 2 plastic forks and spoons. When I got to the room, the batteries in the tv remote were dead. I went to the front desk to get them replaced and she had to call the owner who was "out". The owner said he would get some and bring them to me. No batteries ever appeared. Upon check out, the lawn crew was more important than the customers trying to check out. The others and myself were apparently checking out during a period that was inconvenient to the staff.......and oh, by the way, no "Thank you for staying with us". Guess you get what you pay for. No more Ramada for me.

| Suites are nice, and pool looked nice but was closed in April. Kitchen has no silverware, plates, or anything but a sign said you could ask for a "kit." The main drawback is location. This complex is on a quiet road devoted to "airport" hotels, but they are all 3 miles from the airport, and not really close to anything (except other hotels). And a warning about their "airport shuttle" - when I called from the airport, they said to take a taxi and they would pay. The cab driver is going to be perturbed when you tell him you're only going 3 miles, because he waited a long time in the airport queue hoping for a fare into town. You should be prepared to tip generously even though Ramada only covers the fare itself. And my return to the airport also was by taxi, and the Ramada didn't cover that at all!
