| I loved this hotel and I cannot wait to go back to Houston and stay here again. The beds are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and always ready to give you tips on where to go.

| Its only virtue is that it usually has rooms available. Nothing is high quality - poor TV picture, no minibar in room, fatty food, listless staff.

| $4 for a bottle of water. puleeze. The atrium is very beautiful. My room faced the east and there wasnt much to look at. Clean rooms. Helpful staff.

| This is our second time staying at this hotel. I have found it both times to be very comfortable. Check in was easy and our rooms were very clean. It is convieniently located to several points of interest in the downtown area.

| The room seemed older and not as fancy as other Hyatt Regencys, but it was comfortable.The toilet, however, had not been cleaned - it was as if the housekeeping staff had used it before vacating the room.The bar in the lobby was nice, and the food was good.
