| Very nice hotel staff and a nice hot breakfast every morning, although choice is very limited. Our room design was not conducive to the privacy you expect in a suite. The layout was very poor. The bathroom didn't have a toilet lid on the seat. Bad lighting in the vanity area for applying make-up in the evening. The room, in general, was in a shabby condition and the furnishings were tired and dreary. Noise of slamming doors, like a gun shot, echoes down the corridors, especially at night. Hard to get onto the main drag from the motel because of heavy local traffic and no light at that corner. Motel is pet-friendly and while we saw several dogs, we didn't hear any barking. I wouldn't recommend the facility unless "pet-friendly" is a must.

| We will be visiting Memphis frequently in the coming year to visit family. We will be staying at this hotel each time! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great! Comfortable and roomy. Our 15 yr old daughter had no complaints about the sofa bed. In fact, she said is was a very thick, comfy matress and the typical sofa bed bar didn't trouble her at all. The entire staff, front desk, housekeeping, and food serivce, were supper friendly and helpful. The full breakfast each morning makes this place a super value. Each evening they also have a Manager's Social time and offer drinks and snacks for the guests, all complementary. The pool and spa were fantastic and very clean, with towels a plenty! They are also located a lovely drive through the back roads right into downtown (only 25 minutes) and down the road from the best ribs I've ever had- Corky's dry rubbed ribs rule!

| The hotel met our needs. The room itself was a little small, but the indoor pool in december won points with kids.

| My family went to Memphis over New Year's weekend and stayed in this hotel. The hotel staff was fabulous, our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a terrific time. We'll be back!
