| We loved the hotel. There is so much to do that you don't even have to leave the resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was fabulous! The only problem was the water pressure in the showers, but even that was not enough of a problem to spoil our mood. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation spot and we will be going again!

| If you want to go somewhere and be pampered this is the place. The food options were abundant along, even for a picky eater you will have no problems.. The rooms are kept very clean and are very spacious. You have maid service an average of twice a day so everything is always kept up.

| Great place to chill and relax. Love the beach and all of the resort people. They actually did remember us from last year and made our stay this time the best vacation we have ever had. Already planning to go back next year. Haven't found anywhere else we would rather be.

| The staff was great and so was the food. However, I wouldn't reccommend the restaurant that you have make reservations for, we were still hungry when we left. A beautiful resort and even though it was filled to capacity, it was not crowded. It was everything we expected and we hope to go back in the future. We both loved it and it was very relaxing and our first experience with an all-inclusive resort. It was perfect and we didn't want to leave.

| The resort is wonderful - everything about it. That is why we will return once again. The only problem the resort has is their water pressure. They are aware of it and fixing it "as we speak" should be completely "up and running" by the time we get back there again.

| Couples Negril provided us with a great vacation. While the resort is showing its age a little bit, the service was outstanding and the resort was kept spotless. The food was first rate, particularly in the reservation restaurant. The buffet food at breakfast was pretty standard with the exception of the pastries, which were outstanding. The lunch and dinner buffets were top-notch. The beach: absolutely the best I have seen. Lots of soft sand, scattered trees for shade, calm waters (on sunny days). Red flag service on the beach was a nice addition, although you had to get there between 10:00 and 11:00 to get a red flag as they seemed to only have a limited number.

| Hotel was nice. Was definitely adequate for the price. Food & drinks were ok. Staff were great & willing to help with anything. Would recommend to others, but don't expect 5-star accomodations. Overall, not bad for the price.

| This was our 2nd trip to Jamaica and 2nd trip to Couples Negril. I am afraid to try another resort after going to Couples. It is so perfect for us. The food is great, the people are great, the resort is great. We never have a crowd or a wait for anything. Superb service, and an excellent stay again. All inclusive is the only way to go!

| The service at Couples Negril was amazing. The staff catered to your every need. I got a massage and a pedicure at the spa, and it was well worth the extra money. My husband and I did not leave the resort much less the beach/pool area.

| I love Couples Negril! The staff was wonderful and very courteous. We had our vows renewed there and the service was beautiful. My husband and I just relaxed and ate the whole time. The restaurants were great, the food was awesome! I don't think we will ever have the same red snapper here in Michigan. The food was so fresh especially the pineapples! The colors of the beach, skies, palm trees and flowers will never go away. We miss Jamaica since we left the airport at Montego Bay but we plan on coming back in a year or two.

| Rooms clean but water pressure & temperature issues. Bar service on beach is slow. Food is good but there should be some healthy food available between buffet times. Cheese fries do actually get old after eating them daily.

| We liked many things about Couples Negril...the warm and personal staff, the fruity fun bar drinks, the red flag service on the beach, the all-included snorkeling(which was excellent) and sunset cruise. Our only area of slight disappointment was the food. In our view, the restaurants had limited hours of operation...often times, in the late afternoon hours, the only food available was nachos and cheese at the beach grill. Most of the dinner restaurants didnt open until 7pm. It would have been nice to have a restaurant that served into the afternoon and early evenings for those who did not choose to wait until dinner.

| Hotel was very nice, clean and the service was good. The food & entertainment were above average and the activities will keep you busy. Did not like the Plywood they put up to hide the clothing optional part of the beach, it was ugly and not needed. Otherwise, all was good. :)

| The Couples Negril staff were wonderful from the moment we arrived at the airport. We departed promptly from Montego Bay and had a lovely driver with a great sense of humor. Greeted with champagne and a warm wet hand towel at the hotel lobby, the rest of our stay was equally bubbly and warm! The food was magnificant, the gym and cardio machines were perfect for what we needed while away, the tennis lessons were great, and the wild and ever enthusiastic staff kept things rolling with fun activities.

| We just returned from Couples Negril and had the best vacation we've ever experienced. The staff and service at this place is unbelievable. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were all 5 star quality. The beach and pool are is never crowded so you never have a problem finding a lounge chair. It was just spectacular and we can't wait to go back. The only negative things I would have to say is that the water shuts off sometimes in the middle of your shower but comes back on after a few seconds. It was not a big problem though because you are never in a rush to be anywhere. It's so laid back and relaxing! I would definitely recommend this place! We're already planning our trip for next spring.

| This is a great resort for couples to stay. The food was excellent and the resort was beautiful. This is an ideal place for people who don't have much interest in the night life and like to get an early morning start to enjoy their vacation. I loved it and certainly would recommend it.

| We had a great time at couples. The wait staff was extremely attentive. The activities were plentiful, including nightly catamarin rides, shopping trips,snorkling,scuba diving,etc. At no extra cost. It was an extremely relaxing vacation and even though most people were parents it was nice to have some time without kids.

| We enjoyed our stay with Couples Negril, chiefly for the comfort and low-key pace. The room, lobby, pool, beach, restaurants & bars were beautiful. The staff was excellent. The food varied from outstanding (Otaheite and Heliconia Beach Grill) to very nice (most everywhere else) and then sometimes not-so-good (any of the "theme nights"). Armed with that knowledge, a person could work around the lows and do very well. Entertainment, Activities and Special Events were only so-so; nothing dazzling, especially in Entertainment. But the lack of inspiration to 'get involved' is really no problem if you look at this as a terrific place to go decompress. In which case, it's very good to be there as a 'couple'.

| My wife and I had a great time here. We were sad when ou 5 days were up. We would love to go back in a few years. Everything with the hotel was great. The view of the ocean was like a postcard. | Couples Negril was much more than anticipated. From arrival to departure, the staff is what made the stay memorable! If you don't like good food, good drink, friendly staff and friends, then spend all your time on the beach with your head in the sand. If you enjoy all of the previously stated pleasures, then venture over to the nude beach,(believe me not all look like Ken and Barbie),where you will find normal everyday people. Recommendation?!?!?!?!? A+ !!!!

Although the rooms were average, the service was excellent and the bar and restaurants had a tremendous variety in the foods and drinks served. | This was our third trip to Jamaica and the first time at Couples Negril, stayed 10/26 thru 11/2. The Beach is great, plenty of chairs, red flag drink service during the day, nobody bothers you if all you want to do is relax and forget that the real world exists.Food was very good with excellent service. We ate a lot of our meals at the Cassava Terrace: Breakfast buffet with many choices and of course Cleon's great Omelets; Lunch with a great salad bar and choices that varied from day to day and Supper that about half the time was a la carte and very good, the other days they had various types of buffets or special arrangements. We reserved at the Otaheite one night and it was worth going to; you can sign up for more times but we were satisfied with the other choices.The worst thing about the resort is having to leave and come back to reality. We will return to Jamaica again. We would recommend Couples Negril.
