The hotel was great! Our girls had a great time only complaint I had were their beds! Double or a king. We had to get 2 doubles which my husband and myself who are 5'10 and 6' did not fit comfortably. The hotel should invest in Queen beds for those that have to request for 2 beds.

Second time. Very accomodating- I needed to change rooms twice (to be closer to my sister, then to get a room with a kitchen) and hotel waqs very agreeable. Gardens are gorgeous.

Hotel was very nice - very good staff but referred you to concierge for any questions, even directions. Can't recall if beds are advertised as queens but they definitely are not - even the spread says 'Double' - we did get an upgrade to a room with a refridgerator and microwave which was very nice since we were there a week. Overall a very nice experience - safe, secure, right across the street from legoland, nice restaurant right next to the hotel and several others close by. Outlet shopping right near the hotel. We would stay there again.

It's not "grand" but it is a nice hotel with good service staff. I wish the rooms were bigger - for the price - it is sufficient. The kids area pool and rec room are fun and first class. I would like room service - more full service - for the price.

Was a great hotel in walking distance to Legoland. No breakfast resturant on the site, but did have one for lunch and dinner. Starbucks and a diner were quarter mile away but couldn't walk. Was surprised a nice hotel would have double beds instead of queens. Pool area was great. All rooms had sliding glass doors so were bright and airy.

This hotel could not prepare queen size twin room though I had reserved this room. In addition, it took much time to make-up sofa bed to take a sleep since I had asked house keeping to do that.

The grounds are beautiful and the recreation staff & concierege excellent. However found that the front desk manager was not helpful nor was some of the other front desk staff and they weren't accountable for their errors. We booked Thurs-Weds, they had us checkinging out Sat and locked out of our room and we had to come up with proof of reservation. Housekeeping comes after 3pm sometimes and not all rooms have the same garunteed ammenities, some have micro & fridge, some don't, don't know what you will get. Some rooms face ocean, other face lodaing area for resturaunt.

We had a nice time staying at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is in a great location--just across the street from Legoland and close to good shopping. I missed not having a fridge and microwave, but there were plenty of good restaurants nearby.

We loved this hotel. It would be awesome to timeshare one of the villas. It was centrally located to everything. The maid service was exceptional. We had a problem with the shower where the hot/cold was backwards. I told the front desk and by the time we returned to our room it had been fixed. Everyone was friendly. Concierge was awesome. Discounted tickets and right next to LegoLand! Amazing trip thanks to a great hotel.

The hotel is right across the street from Legoland. It has a great kiddie pool. It is a wonderful experience for the under 10 year old set. There is live music and fun and games around the two pool areas. Kids are allowed at the adult pool on the weekends. Downfalls are the view on the East side of the hotel, ours was of the parking lot. The dinner at the Karl Srauss Brewery was excellent (salmon beyond compare!) but the breakfast was only a buffet, which is expensive for my kids who are minimal eaters.

We picked this hotel since it was very close to LegoLand and said it was family friendly. Both are very true. Kids loved the pool and water play area after a day at the park. Mom and Dad liked the Brew Pub with takeout.

I had never heard of this hotel, i found it with the help of Expedia, but it was a great find, the price was right, and the hotel was great. A beautiful location, with a view from our room of the ocean, and it was clean, bright, and colorful. We wanted to just relax, and this was just the right place. The staff was excellent, and the service just right. Thanks for the tip.

The room was nicely decorated and had a small kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. Every room has a balcony. The are 2 large pools that are heated and several Jacuzzi's. The view of the flower fields is nice. Our room didn't face that direction but there are walking paths you can take.

Great location, beautiful grounds. Small rooms, smaller baths, with no extras. No refrigerator, micro, etc. Coffee maker on bathroom counter . Watch out for double beds. Not queens, not fulls , doubles. View rooms a premium as the parking lot is not pretty and they receive deliveries every morning around 6.

The hotel grounds were very well maintained. While the view from the room is poor (parking lot), walking around the hotel in the spring is gorgeous, overlooking the Flower Fields. Expect a couple of calls to go visit their timeshare condos, but if you say no, they aren't pushy. Shuttle service will take you to nearby Legoland and shopping.

The pool was heated to nearly bath water, which made it nice for me. My kids would have swam regardless. There was also a very neat water park for the kids to play at. Water was really cold there, but I could watch them from the warmth of the big pool. They also have a small playground on the premises. The Strauss Brewery (in the parking lot) had good food and were very accomodating to children as well.

This place looks great on the outside, but the inside is pretty dumpy. It appears to be a timeshare with outdated colors, dingy carpet and an overall cheap look in the hallways. The rooms are clean, but smelled very strongly of cleaning supplies. The vending services were out of order or empty and no refrigerators in the room.

The hotel is right across the street from Legoland and has a mall, beaches, lots of eateries and shopping just minutes away. Plus easy access to the freeway for access south to San Diego or to points north make the hotel a very convenient location - No freeway noise. Basically a new hotel with basic amenities. Fantastic adult pool and Kids pool with play area as well.

For the price of the hotel I was pleasantly surprised with a clean spacious room and found the staff to be very helpful. I had difficulty with my entrance key and eventually it required replacing the batteries in the lock. The staff was prompt and helpful. I was a little disappointed that there weren't many good restaurants, activities or shopping areas within walking distance. However the hotel did have an on-site car rental agency that was equally as efficient and helpful as the hotel staff. I very much enjoyed my stay.
