The two bedroom suite was perfect. Clean, well appointed with kitchenette. 3rd floor with out elevator was not ideal. Great air conditioning as you would expect. Great value, especially for family use.

We had a 2 bedroom suite for my bridal party to get ready in the morning of my wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone including bridal party (4), hair designer, makeup artist, photographer, and videographer to move around without any problems. I'm glad I booked the suite!

This hotel would be perfect for an enxtended stay with a full galley. However, for a weekend visitor, it lacked the horsepower to compete. The breakfast was overcooked and out of coffee and orage juice, the jacuzzi was overpowered by groups of beer-swilling guys yelling about their golf games...

We enjoyed the room and its features. It was convenient. One complaint -- our room was evidently not a non-smoking room, and it was obvious whenever you walked in the front door.

We got a 2-bedroom suite over Christmas for less than a single room at any of the area "Resorts", which we've also stayed in, and we found the rooms to be very nice, clean and modern, with the most comfortable beds I've EVER encountred in a hotel room - comfortable enough that I'm writing Wyndham to see if I can get the same brand & style for my home. The location could not have been better - within walking distance or a short drive to the best of Scottsdale's shopping and nightlife. I will most certainly keep this property on the top of my list for future places to stay while in Phoenix or Scottsdale.

Housekeeping service was horrible. Did not always empty trash, restock paper towels or coffee. Room had kitchen and dishwasher had standing water in the bottom, it did not clean the dishes. Had a problem with our door handle which we had to try and fix ourselves - girl at front desk didn't know what to tell me since no maintenance workers were there in the evening to fix the door handle.

Location-wise, it was perfect. Right in the middle of Scottsdale and very easy to get around. The suite has a kitchen and all the dishes and all, but they weren't very clean and needed re-wash. The A/C worked but the heat never did (the room in the morning was 60 degrees, though the heat was set to be 72.) Wireless internet was available for free, which was one of the good things about this hotel. Otherwise, not too impressive, but ok.

The full kitchen is really convenient, especially for my 2 year old kid who is still on the formula. We were able to buy many grocery items and able to utilize the full size frige and stove. staff is good and the location is great. We have the suite room during December and were quite comfortable with our 2 kids. The only thing needs improvement is the gym. There is only one treadmill, one stair master, and one life cycle. There are no weights. Not even a dumbell rack. Overall, we had a great time in Arizona and having a good hotel certainly helped.

This hotel has the most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever experienced in a hotel. The staff is courteous and helpful. They also have a wonderful breakfast. It includes 2 hot items everyday - we had eggs and hashbrowns! Beautiful hotel and a decent price and well worth every penny. I will stay here whenever I am in the Phoenix area!

The receptionist was very friendly and accomodating, the room was well decorated and clean, and the grounds were well kept. There is no elevator, so people who can't carry their luggage up to the second or third floors should make sure they reserve a first floor unit. The fitness room was obviously set-up by a none-user. They have three powered fitness machines (far too few for so many units) squeezed into a 12 ft by 12 ft room with the temperature locked to 68 degrees before any equipment or people begin to exercise. The temperature qickly rose into the mid-seventies with two people exercising, when I was there.

First time in Scottsdale in a good place to stay. The place is very clean, silenced eventhought there were planty of families aruond and was a busy time. Good brakefast. We took the two bedroom suite for 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 kids (4,7). There was enough room to go around, not very big but good enough. The pool was great for the kids. I would gladly recomend this place to any one. Mainly families.

Also, the hotel is centrally located, but rent a car. The front desk was helpful in providing written directions to sites and eaterys. The rooms were recently renovated.

This was one of my most satisfying stays to date. The room was fantastic and included a useful kitchen, small living area (pull-out couch, chair, TV, and desk), and then a separate bedroom. But it was all of the extra little touches that made this room great. It had a walk in closet area, a full length mirror, and a separate sink from the shower and toilet. High speed internet was an extra $10 though. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, didn't feel old or outdated like some hotels that I've stayed at. The location was also perfect for us. It was within walking distance of the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall (a very nice, upscale mall that my girlfriend gave rave reviews on). It was also within walking distance of Scottsdale's nightclubs, very convient after a night of drinking. The hotel has a decent sized pool, but don't think "resort" by any means. It was nice though, very clean with extra towels right there. The main building of the hotel also had a small convenience store which proved very handy when we needed to grab a couple of drinks and some snacks while at the pool. This hotel is like an apartment complex in that there are many separate buildings, each with only three floors and no elevators. We were on the 3rd floor, but a hotel employee gladly helped us with our bags and my bulky golf clubs. Another great thing about this hotel was that they had no problem letting us check in 4 hours early!. This is just a great place to stay, not much else I can say!

This was as great place to stay with a family as there are two seperate bedrooms with king beds in each suite, along with a fold out queen couch. This came in very handy, along with the breakfast buffet which made traveling with a family all the easier as we didn't have to loan up the car and go anywhere to eat.

We were very pleased with Summerfield Suites in Scottsdale. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was good and there was a nice selection to choose from. The suite was set up well but the carpeting in the living area was stained. The business room has computers and the pool and workout areas were nice.

Accomodations worked perfectly for our trip. We stayed in a 2 bdrm/2 bath suite, w/an efficiency kitchen. This gave us the option to eat in, order take-out or eat out. The facility also had a washer/dryer, pool and exericise equipment. Location was great for shopping also and visiting the tourist sites.Everything was great!

I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Besides the fact that the front desk staff were second rate, the complimentary breakfast left much to be desired. When booking the room, they advertise "full breakfast." Who ever heard of breakfast without eggs and bacon? All they served was carbs (pancakes, hash browns, english muffins, toast and bagels) and no protein, no meat. How can they call that a FULL breakfast? Poor breakfast, poor staff. I'll never stay there again.
