| The room was clean, but the room over looked the resturants cooling fans, unattractive and very noisy. I would stay again but request a different room in advance.

| Close to restaurants. Ate at the Newport Bay, excellent food. Convenient to I-5, but did not hear any road noise. Nice atmosphere.

| The room was the main problem. Very small for two people. Only one chair. Washbasin was in the room, not in the bathroom. This meant that you could not wash your hands after using the toilet without touching the door knob first. The view was of the kitchen roof!

| Although the website says it in three different places on one page, this hotel does not have wireless Internet access and the phone cord by the desk in my room also did not work. In addition, the hotel took my credit card when I checked in for incidentals but did not process it correctly so room service had to come back three different times to deliver my food, take my credit card, and return my credit card. The room service person was very apologetic and said this happens sometimes with the front desk staff. After much frustration and time, I also realized my dial up wasn't going through because they did not allow outside calls from my phone (sep issue from the phone cord not working by the desk) The hotel just told me they would let the manager know. Very frustrating stay!

| Clean hotel and good service for your money. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub. The fitness room is small, but has all the equipment you need for a good workout on the road. The sauna was a nice touch, just warm it up 20 minute beforehand. The staff were friendly and more than helpful. If you need white-glove concierge service, this is a poor choice. If you need a good hotel with a friendly staff at a very reasonable price, this is a good choice.

| The staff was very nice, helpful and quick to respond. The rooms very clean and quite spacious. The attached resteraunt was very good for dinner (the only meal tried) and the staff was friendly and quick. Even though the hotel is right off I-5, it was quiet. I would stay there again.
