| Service was outstanding and friendly. The room was a bit small but was fine. I believe the rate was fairly priced. room was clean and bathroom was roomy with a nice shower. Location was perfect. we bought a day pass for the metro and used it for Arlington cemetary and the capitol, and walked to all the other sites. A five minute walk to the Mall,White HOuse,Smithsonian, Archives, and lots of restauants and bars. Felt completely safe walking the area until 1:30 - 2am. on the weekend. Only downside, the front of the hotel faces two popular dance clubs. At bar time, the street got a bit noisy and crowded for 1/2 hour or so.

| I would highly recommend staying here! The staff was extremely friendly and more than accomodating. It is in a great location as well. The Metro is 3 blocks away and many of the attractions are within walking distance. There is also an excellent breakfast buffet and plenty of places to eat for dinner close by.
