| The room was dirty. There was hair and some other sort of food in the beds when we got in them. I don't know if the sheets were changed before we arrived. In the bathroom, the counter around the sink was loose and hanging at an angle from the wall. If you put anything on there, it would roll off. Overall, it was not clean and not comfortable.

| My wife & I spent a week here during the Christmas & New Year Holiday. The hotel was not as bad as previous reviews would lead you to believe. If you don't expect alot then you won't be disappoint. I mean what can you expect for the price., really? The location of the hotel is awesome though. It is in walking distance of everything in Sundance Square. The only thing I would like to mention the hotel bar was not open the whole time we were there expect for on New Year's Eve and the all the ice machines were broke expect for the one on the 12th floor. But other then that it wasn't bad and we enjoyed ourselves.

| The coffee basket in my room was nasty, the bar was closed, the breakfast cafe was not prepared (no cups, glasses or coffee). The woman that was working the cafe was rude did not offer to get you anything that was missing (ie silverware, coffee). When she gave us our ticket she did not tell us where we could pay and the cashier area was not visible. We had a company Christmas party was held in the 6th floor ballroom, which was not completed, no doors on the restrooms, sinks were not fully operational and set up was not complete. When I called and asked the front desk if my room was a 'Non Smoking' room, I was asked "do you see any ashttrays?" Even though I did not 'see' any ashtrays I still believe I was in a room that did allow smoking and have allergy problems since that night.

| The room was sufficient for our needs. The hotel is in an excellent location with walking access to most of downtown Fort Worth.

| This was a very disappointing stay. The desk employees were not very helpful, there was no parking for oversized vehicles (any SUV) and the room was dingy and depressing. One desk attendant told us to park in the disabled parking spot the hotel had, when I returned to make sure that we would not get towed, I was told to remove our vehicle immediately. I spent over an hour circling downtown Fort Worth for parking and eventually ended up in a garage across the street for a fee that was almost the same as the room rate.

| The hotel serves a breakfast buffet, not included in the price of the room. Fairly expensive for breakfast, as it is very basic. Not a real restaurant as they only do the buffet, no menu available. I feel they are missing out on a great opportunity by not having a "late night" menu for after the concert: appetizers, wines, soups, desserts, coffee, tea...very simple menu, but great food! Missing great marketing concept.

| Although free parking and a nice lobby with an evening bar and breakfast buffet are available, the rooms are rather used looking, and the hallways are not air conditioned. Location and price are the main selling features here, and for those, this hotel excels. Surrounded by all the Ft. Worth hot spots for dining and entertainment, you will find the hotel about half price of the competition. If that motivates you to overlook some old bathroom caulking, then this is the place for you.
