| Was not aware of the $20 per day parking charge, but they adjusted it to $10 because I was a travel agent. The front desk was overly accomodating with anything we asked, if they didn't have the answer they found it.

| The hotel staff was very helpful however on the site I did not see where they charge $20 per night to park your car. I felt that was a bit steep. The coffee shop hours were a bit bizarre. We had to go across the stree to another shop for a cup of coffee at around 6:00 am one morning.

| Hi, First let me start off by stating that the hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. However, the Radisson is outdated and kind of reminds me of a retro hotel. The decor is definately not modern and the rooms are average. We requested a non smoking room and apparently all "non-smoking" rooms are located on the first floor and my view was the parking lot. I dont think its necessary to pay extra to see the falls but I felt like i was in a Motel instead of a Hotel. The swimming pool is also located on the first floor.... about 100 feet from the front desk. The doors are glass so everyone can see you in the pool as they pass by. Overall, the the hotel was decent but I will not stay there again.

| Radisson @ Fallsview was absolutely beautiful! The entire place was clean and quiet. Both my husband and I agree that this is the best hotel experience we have ever had. (usually disaster strikes us...)I highly recommend staying here.

| I was disappointed to have to pay for parking. The hotel personel did not offer information on special places to visit while in town. The girl at the desk mentioned them to me as I was checking out - not very helpful at that point.

| I was surprised that "queen" beds were smaller than my double at home. Otherwise, the room was very nice and clean. Hotel restaurant had incredibly slow service and the breakfast wasn't very good (recommend try elsewhere).

| I would definately stay at the Radisson again. The service was friendly, hotel very clean. The location for the price was excellent! Short walk across the street to the falls. Most everything is within walking distance. We were surprised how expensive things were. (even for a tourist town). Use your debit/ credit card for the best exchange rate. They have PST & GST taxes that total 15%! You can get that back at the duty free shop on the border for souviners purchased and hotel expenses only ( save your receipts).Eat at the Copacabana Brazilian Restaurant, one block from hotel. Great food, good value for the money. We have 3 kids ages 17, 19 & 22 that we took, they loved it! Bring Lots of $$ if you are into activities. We did the helicopter, whirlpool jet boat and horse back riding, it was well worth it, we had a great time!!!Planning to go back in the spring to fish and visit the wineries we missed. What a great family vacation, lots to do there!

| We had a problem with our reservation for a Non Smoking room and were originally told they could not accomodate this request. After some work they were able to accomodate and the rest of the stay was terrific. Our room was a suite with comfortable beds and a jacuzzi.

| I was little nervous about the hotel based upon other reviews, but my husband and I were extremely pleased. Despite booking a city view room, we had a great view of the falls. We had no trouble with the valet parking and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the nearby resturants (Try the Brazillian Steakhouse down the street!) and everything was easily accessible. My only complaint would be that room service did not have vanilla icecream when we ordered it. Also, a wrong charge appeared on our bill, but the staff quickly fixed the problem. Overall, the hotel was great and we can't wait to stay there again!

| The Radisson was clean, well-equipped, and pleasant. It's a block from the Falls. You can't see them from any room that we could tell but it's a short walk to a glorious view. My husband enjoyed the exercise room. We enjoyed the room with it's comfortable bed and pleasant sitting area. We would definitely go back.

| The hotel room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. My boyfriend and I had fun playing in the casino (only two blocks from the hotel) and gorging ourselves in the array of restaurants in the immediate area: Friday's, Tony Roma's, The Coppacabana, the casino buffet, Denny's, Applebee's, and many others. The Falls were gorgeous...and the nearby outlet shopping was great.

| If you see an open parking spot in the hotel lot out front take it instead of using the valet service which was spotty at best. I had to wait over 30 minutes to find out they never pulled my ticket when I called. I didn't use them again, but they still charged me 10 dollars a day to park.(If the lot is full you have to use valet) The pool was nice, and the game room was ok. The staff was courteous and helped us out a couple times. We didn't have a falls view,(they do have them at this hotel) but you can take a right out of the hotel lobby and walk down the street and see up river and falls from there. Then walk to minolta tower across street for some great viewing from the observation deck.

| Our stay at this hotel was magnificent. Our fallsview jacuzzi suite was wonderful, and the staff was more than welcoming. The location was perfect, we never had to buy a cab or drive anywhere. We even had a flat tire when we got ready to leave, and the staff helped us get to a tire place after we were checked out.
