| We picked this hotel (based on other reviews) and a decent price for our 1 night in San Juan prior to boarding the Carnival Destiny. The hotel was very close to the port and not far from the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a small fridge. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and service oriented. We would definately stay there again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

| The staff is extremely nice and the restaurant is remarkably good for a hotel restaurant. On the downside, it's not on the beach.

| Stayed at this property for two nights prior to departure to St Thomas. When we checked in the room wasn't fully prepared with towels and shower mat. At 8:30 in the morning there was a knock on the door. We didn't realize it was the maid and stayed in bed. She never came back and the room went un cleaned. The following morning the same thing happened only now we realized who it was but again the room was not cleaned

| The hotel is great for that unplanned trip. It is nice and clean. Don't expect the quality of a 5 star hotel but the service is the same and all the employees are friendly.

| Staff was very helpful. Hotel was right across the street to a 24 hr supermarket and not far from old san juan.

| Was pleasantly surprised. We do not usually stay at 2 star hotels, but found the prices very high in San Juan and decided to make due. The kids liked the pool and hot tub. The Swiss restaurant was excellent.
