1. I expected to not find a cockroach in the bathroom. 2. When I asked for the optional fridge, I expected them to know where to place it and where to plug it in. It ended up under the desk to render the desk useless. 3. I expected the phone to have a dial tone. 4. When I asked the phone to be fixed, I expected the "repaireman" to know more than to unplug and replug the phone than proceed to tell me it has no dial tone. Didn't bring a new phone or any tools whatsoever. To be fair, two of my co-workers in other rooms did not have these problems but also commented that they were disappointed with the general conditions and would not be using this facility again.

When we got to the hotel, the manager greeted us in person, and told us to call on him personally if there was anything he could do. Later, he suggested a restaurant (a good one). We had a rental car but didn't want to drive, so he gave us a round trip voucher at their expense for a taxi to get there! This is characterisitc of the level service we received from everyone at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was top notch, and we couldn't be happier for the price we paid. A postscript: upon departure the manager gave us his business card and said to call if we needed directions, advice, etc. A week after we returned home, my son realized he had left some tourism brochures about Colorado that he had wanted to give to a friend. My son phoned the manager, who remebered my son's name, and gladly agreed to send him some more. If we return to Denver, we won't stay anywhere else.

Overall a good valute for the price. Hotel is right off I-25 which allow easy access. Staff was efficient and helpful. Rooms were somewhat small for my family of 4 people, but were clean and the beds were great. Some features of the Hotel have not been updated. The indoor pool and hot tub area was old and worn out. The hot tub was heater was broken. Th elevators were too fast and jerky. Restaurant was over priced, and there was no free breakfast.

Amazing hotel. Great location right off highway and employees were very helpful with finding places in town. Not in the center of the city but close to Red Rocks. Pool was great and very clean. Breakfast was outstanding with fresh fruits, but a little pricey with 10$ a head. Will stay again.

This is a comfortable, if unexceptional, place to stay in the Denver Tech Center vicinity. Quality of the service was generally fine--I gave it a lower rating because the one night I really wanted room service, no one in the restaurant answered my calls.

The hotel staff was wonderful. They were very patient when we checked in. It was the first time our children were in Denver. We wanted a good view of the mountains. They accomidated me while I went room to room in order to find the room with the best view. Hotel is in a easy location. Indoor pool was closed one night, after that pool was cool. Whirlpool was large. We did have to call once for toilet tissue. It was not refilled by the housekeeping staff. It was brought to our room very quickly. Hotel restaurants food was very good. Especially the breakfast. Staff was able to give some great sightseeing tips.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. It could use some minor updates, but the restaurant was very nice, great breakfast buffet! And the room service breakfast was great as well. The front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. Ice Machines and Vending Machines on 2 floors didn't work, but no biggy. It was a little far from Downtown, as that is where most of our outtings were, but if you have a designated driver (a pregnant wife, say?) it was only 6-7 minutes on I-25.

Not to say we wouldn't have stayed more. It's got great access to I-25, the pool is almost as warm as the hottub, and the rooms are very nice. Huge pillows and in 3 sizes. Our room overlooked te city/ mountains from the 7th floor and was wonderfull. The night manager that night was great, funny and efficient. The outdoor pool was closed, which is a shame as their landscaping looked very nice there, but pools need to be cleaned sometime. Overall a great stay.

Nice place...even has a heated pool that you can swim in when it snows outside or just another cold Colorado evening. There's a bar/restaurant there too(drinks are a bit pricey) and it's right off of I-25 so it's easy to find. Enjoy!

I stayed in this hotel on business a few times in the last few months. The rooms are very comfortable and clean (although relatively small). The service is good (not exceptional compared to comparable hotels in the area). A definite plus are the complimentary WSJ and USA Today newspapers and the Starbucks in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel for the business traveller but not neccesarily for holiday travellers.

Our gymnastics team, coaches, and their families recently stayed at the Four Points for the Region 3 Gymnastics Championships. Overall, the staff was terrific. The guy that checked us in, was not extremely friendly, but everyone else was very friendly and accomodating. Especially, when we ended up getting snowed in and had to stay two extra nights. From the outside of the hotel, I was a bit worried. We were in the very back building and from the outside, I wondered what we had gotten ourselves into. Looked like it might need some updating. Upon entering our rooms, we were all pleasantly surprised. The only problem is that it might seem a bit cramped for a family with small children. Not much space to move with 2 double beds. Bedding is very nice and rooms were very clean. The pool area was very nice with both indoor and outdoor pools that were heated. Also, has a hot tub.The breakfast buffet in the restaurant of the hotel was very good with a lot of variety and the staff was terrific. Very friendly and nice. Overall, considering that we had to stay 2 extra nights, that we had not planned on, we were grateful that we were at the hotel we were at. Good experience.
