We got a room on the first floor in front of the garden. Bad mistake. It was noisy. We could hear people walking by. People actually gathered out there until late and they were loud. Yes the bed is comfy but we kept waking up because of the noise. One more thing, the carpet is really dirty. They need to wash it more.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. All thought we had a room facing the freeway and it was noisy. I would recommend getting a room on the opposite side of the freeway. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We stayed here because of the price and quality of the hotel. Compare to other hotels closer too disneyland this one was more affordable and better manitained. The hotel is a little far from disneyland but if you don't mind driving I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was courteous and very helpful. Rooms were clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Location is five miles from Disneyland and Convention Center, therefore, a good distance from all the hustle yet easy to get to. Will definetly stay again.

On the positive, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly/helpful. The shuttle was prompt and delivered us safely to Disneyland in about 10 minutes. Now the negative, the floors were filthy. This hotel had exterior room entrances with less-than-desirable access. The outside hallways were very dirty and the flooring stained. The carpet in the room was sticky and dirty -- leaving gray dirt on the bottom of our socks. This is a 2 star hotel -- not a 3 as advertised.

I had a wonderful four night stay at this hotel while visiting Disneyland. Guest services were great...pleasant staff...extremely comfortable beds with lots of pillows. I rented a car so I can't speak to the shuttle to Disneyland...but it's about a ten minute drive to get there.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days with our 14 year old boys. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and in-room movies, and breakfast in the restaurant was good although pricey at $12.50 for the buffet. Don't get a room with an outside facing door near the highway. The rooms overlooking the courtyard are quieter and have a much prettier view.

The hotel itself was fine. But the maid service after my second week there got progressively bad. Everyday there was either no wash cloths or no towels. I had to call daily to get some delivered to the room. Perhaps it was the particular maid for those few days, or the laundry wasn't quite done before she got the room cleaned, whichever it might have been, it was annoying. The air-conditioners in the room need to be updated. They are very noisy, and after running for several hours would just stop cooling off the room. However, if you want to open the windows to get some air, that is another story. The freeway traffic is non-stop noise 24/7. If you are looking for a quiet place to just relax, this is not the place. Overall the rooms are nice and clean, beds are very comfortable. Carpeting on the walkways keeps outside noise to a minimum.

The hotel was great for what it is. My one and only complaint is the service at the front desk. No one had answers to any of my simple questions (directions to the Pond? simple enough, right? Any drug stores nearby? Any good places to eat?) One girl who was barely with it actually walked away from the front desk after asking her a question and never came back. They were wrong about directions and cabs, and didn't know how to communicate properly.

But not a bad experience. The room was clean and decently sized. The wirless internet in the room is weak if anything, and overall the hotel is just old. Staff was not impressive, they seemed confused when I left a request for a key to be given out to someone else upon their arrival. Overall, the hotel was fine considering I was only in the room to sleep, but if I return to the area I would pay a little more for a place nicer than this.

This was a nice hotel. There were just a few problems I had. It is located right off the freeway, which was a problem for me because I do not sleep to well. Also there is only one elevator located in the lobby. My room was so far from this elevator, which was hard because I am a single mother with 2 boys it was hard to get all our stuff up to the room. Other than that it was nice. Staff was so nice. The front desk staff even tried to move my room as far from the freeway side, as much as possible.

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding in September 2005. It was recently upgraded, so it was pretty decent. Once I checked in, I wasn't very satisfied with the location of my room, so I called them and asked them to switch. It was no problem, they were very accomodating. The only problem I had was the fact that they had only 1 bar of soap for both the shower and sink! But, if that's the worse it could be, I'll go back anyday!

Staff was nice, room was clean and bed was very comfortable (the beds were brand new in May 2005). There were some minor plumbing problems (some water was leaking from the bathroom above) but otherwise no problems. The shuttle to Disneyland was on-time and took about 10 minutes to arrive at the gate. No food within walking distance, so be prepared to drive.

Nice, hotel to take the family if you're staying at Disneyland. You can save quite a bit if you don't mind being a few miles away. It is close to retaurants, grocery stores etc, is right off the freeway and is a 5 minute drive to the park. My only suggestions is that they run a shuttle more often. 3-4 times in the morning and evening and only if you sign-up was not flexible enough for us.

Worked great for our family. 10 minute drive to Disneyland and Angel Stadium which made it really nice. Right off of the freeway, but still very quiet. Food nearby. It would be nice if they were queen beds and not double beds, but we knew that when we went. We were very satisfied for the price we paid.

We had a great experience in California while staying at The Four Points. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable, and the heater/air conditioner took care of the room temperature within minutes for our comfort. The desk staff was very helpful towards our requests, and also got us an excellent deal on a rental car. The dinner at the restaurant was incredible, and the wait staff very attentive. Definetly would recommend.

Here's reality - you want your reservation to be ok, you want your room. Everything was as expected. The room was very acceptable for the rate, it was clean and had nice amenities. Overall, a very good place to stay! I've stayed in 4-Star resorts that have not provided the same level of convenience, comfort and service.

The staff was accessible, helpful, and friendly. The shuttle to Disney was convienent. The hotel is located in the midst of a residential / industrial area. Outside of the hotel there was not much for the family to do. I ate at a nearby Mexican restraunt which was a local joint. It was the only restraunt within 3/4 mile. We did not rent a car and depended on the hotel shuttle to transport us to Disney Land. Room service was plentiful, well prepared, and easy. They made it worthwile. It was about 15/20 minutes from Orange County airport. The cab from the airport was $43 ($55 with a tip). On the last day I rented a car from Fullerton Avis for $40. It allowed us to make stops during the day and to drop it off at the airport. With my family I would not stay there again because of the location. However, I would consider it for business.
