| Our room at the Radisson Hotel in New York was small and comfortable. All we needed as we were only in there to sleep and cleanup. There were only two problems with the Hotel: There is a club attached to the Hotel which plays loud music on Friday and Saturday - and as we were on the 5th floor, we could still feel the base of the music. At times we could actually make out the song playing. The other problem was the business lounge. It was hardly open and you had to pay for the minutes you used. Compared to the same hotel chain in San Antonio, Texas - where the employees actually offered use of their work terminals to print out important information. I will try another next trip.

| I was totally not impressed or satisfied with the room. First, the entire room had as much space as my car AND the bathroom had mold/mildew on the walls and around the shower area. My husband and I took showers with our flip flops on! The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is in walking distance to the 5th Ave shopping stores, Times Square, United Nations, etc. I'm sure you can find a better hotel that prides itself on cleanliness within the same price range and the same proximity of the Radisson Lexington.

| The location was great, just one block away from the Waldorf, but for the rest, we were pretty disappointed. Booked a deluxe room, and even this was tiny. Key cards did not work half the time, breakfast was in a place next to the hotel. But if you had tha american breakfast package you could not even change the american breakfast to pancakes (if you did so you were charged extra for it). The only really good thing about the hotel is the location

| Initially, we thought this was going to be a great stay. The room was teeny, but we didn't plan to be there much, so cleanliness and a good bed were all that mattered. But then the service went downhill. They promised us a roll-away bed but then ran out of them, and housekeeping woke us at 9 or 9:30 am on a Sunday.

| The hotel is very nice. centrally located in the Mid-Town discrict. Only a few blocks from the 51st street subway stop. The restraunt downstairs left a little to be desired, but there are some deli's (hole in the walls) within walking distance that give you better bang for you buck. About the room...the room was nice. bed confortable. the only concern was the false ceilings in the bathroom. I was on the 10th floor and in my bathroom the ceiling was lumpy. yes lumpy. So I reached up and there was give. The 'new' ceiling was made of some sort of stretch plastic...so instead of fixing whatever the real problem was, they instead lowered the ceiling. I can only imagine what was lurking in there. Didnt hear street noise. Elevators pretty quick. staff was fine. stay was fine. I would stay at a Radisson again.

| Although many people wrote that this place is a dump the reality is that the hotel is absolutely standard for the cateogry in NY. Nothing to rave about, but also nothing to complain about. The room was small, but normally sized for NY, quite stylish in choice of furniture, linens and artwork. Room and bathrooms were perfectly clean and we did get the few services we needed (like when we asked for a coffemaker in the room) in a reasonable time. Noise can be a problem, but again, this is true at many NY hotels (and apartments, to be honest). Air conditioning was working well and room temperature was fine. The room was provided with nice conforters, many choices of pillos and also exra blankets. One could certaily not ask for a better location in NY. In conclusion, a perfectly fine NY hotel choice if you get to pay a discounted rate, but I would not pay the normal crazy NY rate to stay here. But again, same applies for most of NY hotels.

| I'm not a huge fan of their new mattresses, which you can adjust the firmness on, basically by inflating or deflating it. However, the hotel was very clean and modern looking, in a great location. Very close to the 6 and the E train which is what we took to get to JFK. We also walked to Times Sq. It was convenient. The only issue we had is one morning the elevators were out and we had to walk down 19 flights of stairs. Luckily, they were back on by the time we had to go UP 19 flights. I chalked it up the whole exercise experience of New York, where you walk everywhere and lose about 10 pounds in a week--especially if you are coming from a place like LA, where all we do is drive.

| This hotel has a teen nightclub in the bottom of it and if you are on one of the low floors prepare to wake up at 4 in the morning when the club gets out and hear at least 30 minutes of crazy loud techno music--as in the kind that pounds in your chest. We called the front desk and they called the police to take care of it, but it was so loud the front desk thought it was someone in the next room, rather than four floors below us. I'm a pretty mellow person and young, too, so for me to call the front desk about something it's got to be REALLY BAD.

| I made the reservations for this hotel before reading the reviews from other travelers. Unlike most of the reviews, my experience was not bad at all. Service was great; rooms were cleaned in the morning, asked for extra pillows and they came right away and the concierge was excellent. We stayed 3 nights at a junior suite and although a bit small it had 2 bathrooms. Only "problems": first day 2 elevetors were down, one was fixed the next day and as mentioned in other reviews, the hotel charges $2.00 to storage the luggage. Great location, parking garage across the street.

| You can do much, much better for the same price or even less. They have really neglected their hotel. It's grungy and in need of a major renovation. What makes it even worse is the service. I came back to the room at 7:30pm and my room was still not made up. The manager offered no apologies, saying they had a lot of rooms to get to and sometimes it takes until 9pm. Bottom line: Choose another hotel.

I was so dissappointed and the night club should not be in the same hotel, the hostes was not warm and he did not show me how to get to the elevators, told me nothing about the hotel and that was my first time in the city. Overall, this hotel should be one star and that is being nice. Thank you for giving me the oppurtunity to rate this hotel.

| With a name like Radisson-Lexington, it just sounds like your going to experience a first-class stay - wrong! It is not all bad, so lets begin with the good. They gave us a room overlooking Lexington Avenue with beautiful sites of the Upper West side. The bed, while small, was still very comfortable. The bad: I arrived in New York feeling slightly unwell. I had all carry on luggage and the doorman took advantage of my infirmaty to seize my bags and have them delivered to my room. I brought carry-on for a reason. If I had felt bett | | |
