| Excellent condition, excellent location, excellent food (congratulations to the chef). Very friendly staff, the free shuttle may take you not only to the airport but also to a near restaurant. The only thing I would like to see improved is the hotel shop and the front desk staff, they were very nice, but were not prepared for tourists. Lack of knowledge in regards to activities, schedules, etc.

| A very nice, comfortable and well kept hotel with very easy access to the Metro. I'm sure someone who is charging a business trip to their company would be very satisfied with it. However, I was disappointed with the price. I could've gotten a nice continental breakfast and a room with a microwave/mini-fridge for less. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and were fairly satisfied with the quality of the hotel.

| The quality of the hotel kept withing the Sheraton's high standards with the exception of the room service meals. They were very pricey and not especially impressive. However, the maid service was incredible and they do offer pillow top beds, and in room coffee makers with Starbucks coffee!

| The room was delightful: convenient mini-fridge and the bed was devine. My only complaint was with the luggage-hold security. I checked out on Friday morning; but asked the Sheraton Crystal City front desk staff to hold my luggage for the day (I picked it up at 6pm). I'm not sure if this was due to the front lobby remodling; but my bags were left exactly were I put them down in the morning -- where any guest passing by could pick them up. In fact, when I arrived to pick them up, there was a group of guests gathered right there, waiting for others in their party, with their own bags sitting next to mine. The Sheraton Crystal City staff was working with their backs toward my bags and would have never noticed if anyone walked away with them.

| The Sheraton at Crystal City is beautifully maintained. Our room was always neat and clean and comfortable. The staff is superb - always friendly and helpful. The food was excellent in the diningroom as was the serving staff there. It is just minutes to the Metro and the underground shops are delightful to browse. A good experience all around. A shuttle also runs from Reagan Airport to the hotel which is an extra advantage.
