| By and large the room was well appointed and contained all the necessary amenities. There is no mini-bar. The room was very shoddily made up after the first night. I registered a complaint and it was much improved for the rest of the stay. There is a very pleasant patio courtyard. The food at the restaurant is very mediocre.

| Upon check I noticed both people behind the desk appeared to have consumed sour lemon juice. Not very friendly and the gentleman never even looked up at me. Other than that the hotel was fine.

| this west valley location is great, close to the malls, freeways. the hotel was quite, clean and affordable. i would stay there anytime.
