| This hotel was clean, but has nothing to offer people who stay there. No pool, no work out room or lounge.

| for the price, it wasn't bad. I would have been upset if I paid the usual rate that Country Inns charge. It was very old, the heater/air unit was loud and appeared quite old. The location was convenient. I would have not stayed there if I had to actually spend time in hotel. We only needed it to sleep in on our way further into MSP.

| They overbooked their hotel & therefore, when I arrived (after my 5 hour drive) I was informed that they had reserved a room for me at a different hotel. When I got to that other hotel, I found out that the Country Inn had not actually reserved a room for me. Basically, to make a long story short - I wasted an extra hour trying to get into another hotel, even though I had a reservation. Then the second night, when I went back to the Country Inn to get my room, they tried to place me in a smoking room. I am allergic to smoke & the guy at the front desk gave me attitude when I demanded a new room...Even though I was the one inconvienced. That is a terrible way to run a business & I will definately NEVER go back to this hotel.
