| The room was just fine; clean, comfortable and everything worked. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was only OK - and, I'm a Starbucks quality type person, so you might be fine with the food.

| Very good morning breakfast, good choices and very comfortable beds and very clean. would choose again if I had to make another trip. hotel lobby has free access to web via PC to check emails and upload your photo's with the multi-card reader from most digital camera's. I had a CF and uploaded them and even emailed digital photo's to family members as they were not able to be at my son's graduation. sent them the same night I was there!

| We were not very happy with this hotel. We checked in as 3 people, but only got 2 little towels each day for showers. We got coffee, but no suger. The most disturbing thing was the advertising about High Speed Internet - on the hotel website and even on an advert in the room, it clearly said that there would be a hard wire access to high speed internet. Only wireless was provided. I could borrow a wireless card from the front desk, but there were not enough for all rooms, so I had to wait for someone to checkout and turn one in. This was not mentioned during check-in. I raised a complaint that morning on the 800 number, and later that day received a nasty voicemail from the hotel manager about my complaint. I won't stay there again, and its not because of the internet access - it is because of the lack of service and concern provided by the desk clerk at 7am and the manager via voicemail.Room was clean, but bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.
