| Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the beds and pillows. My family and I have traveled all over the world, and our three nights on the La Quinta beds were the worst we can remember. While the staff was friendly and the service good. I can't recommend a hotel that did not provide me a single good night of sleep.

| The LaQuinta has a great shuttle service to Indianapolis Airport, leaving every 30 min. The nice breakfast buffet begins @ 4am. On the downside, the bathtub/shower area needs regrouting (little moldy), and the hotel needs to add an elevator. We were shocked after learning there was no elevator, and had to carry our luggage (for family of 4) up a flight of stairs. I would, however, recommend this hotel for the location and shuttle service.

| This was a great choice for coming in late at night and not wanting to be far from the airport. No elavator which could be a problem if you are traveling with a lot of luggage. Great continental breakfast. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Can hear the hallway noise pretty easily..but there was not much of it. Many nearby restaurants and quick access to highway toward Indianapolis and points west of the city.

| The hotel was adequately maintained, clean and the hotel staff were mannerable and pleasant. In addition, the excercise facility was well maintained. The bathroom and bedding were clean and did not require me to complain about its condition. I would stay at this hotel again if I had the opportunity.

| Poor customer service from hotel staff on resolution of insects in hotel rooms. Was moved a total of 3 times to get a clean room without insects.

| Great meeting point between Cincinnati and Chicago. Convenient shuttle pickup from Indy Airport. Easy access to expressways, IMA and Lilly house museum, and Broad Ripple. Good location to walk to Indy Restaurant. Very Helpful and Friendly Service.

| After having a bad experience at the last hotel I stayed at, it was refreshing to stay in a place with a comfortable bed, clean room, and friendly service. I will seek out this chain next time I need a hotel room.

| I was surprised at how old the property was compared to the photo on the web site. It appeared well maintained BUT had an odor to it which seems to be prevalent in older hotels. It was adequate for my needs but not very comfy and I would look elsewhere the next time I need a room by the Indpls Airport. The service and staff were very good!

| I was very surprised to find this hotel has no elevator. I was placed on the second floor, had a large, heavy suitcase, and no one from the hotel offered to help with my bags. There are also many smoking rooms mixed in with the non-smoking rooms. The smell of smoke in the halls is very strong. The room itself was ok, but the overall experience seriously lacked.

| The hotel is nice, room was okay, but I requested non-smoking, and they gave me a smoking room, that smelled terribly of smoke. They left the window open to try to air it out, but my eyes burned from the smell. The people at the desk did not tell me that I had a smoking room. The did have a very nice continental breakfast. Cereal, muffins, homemade waffles, biscuits and gravy, coffee, juice, and fruit. Which was a very nice touch. I would stay there again, but only in a non-smoking room.

| This was my second stay at the hotel. I returned because of the great hot continental breakfast and great customer service when there was an issue with my room. I was equally impressed the second time around. The free shuttle runs to the airport every half hour, and they are also willing to accommodate other times as needed.
