The room was in the older section, but had a nice view of the mountains and the lake. The room service was excellent- the BLT was the best; tons of crisp bacon with killer tomatoes!

I would recommend even though service was not what I would expect, check in took over 30 minutes and hotel staff was not as friendly as I would like. Room was nice and clean, very spacious. Casino was OK but a lot of smoke. It's a nice place but I would probably try someplace else next trip. My parents stayed at the MontBleau and loved it.

Harvey's was a fun hotel. We were a bit surprised that our room was a bit dated evidenced by the peeling wallpaper, the shower door that was missing a door closure which resulted in a wet floor every time we showered, and no coffee pot in the room. But overall, our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

From the second the valet took our car until the moment he gave it back to us it was a perfect experience. Our room, as proimised, had a glorious view of the lake and was roomy and comfortable. Room service was prompt and the request for extra pillows was met within 15 minutes. The hotel concierge was wonderful helping us arrage a Tahoe lake cruise and dinner reservations and the staff, at every turn, was wonderful. We can't wait to go bback.

This is a beautiful hotel with great rooms and the best bathroom layout I've seen. Only fault is the view from the lower floors (below 10th floor) is a cement wall. No kidding. Framed, curtained, window with a cement view top to bottom. Check-in staff needs some help in friendly service manners. They were cold.

Overall, great hotel with great lake and mountain views. I think it's the only tower-style casino hotel on the lake side of the main road, so other hotels don't block your view. Only downside was that our first room was on the 5th floor looking out directly at the heating and air-conditioning equipment on the roof of the 4th floor. Hotel staff was nice enough and moved us on the second night.

Harvey's is a great hotel. It had a full gym, sauna, and pool available to all guests. I needed the gym since they offer the greatest Buffet, Cinnabon, Starbucks, and room service 24 hours a day. I appreciated the quiet, and the nightlife especially at the Wabo Cabo Cantina. It was a blast just to get away from the daily grind.

It was my first time here and the stay was good. I love the location and the service is great. However, this size of the room we were NOT IMPRESSED and there were not a dresser to put our clothes in. We wanted a bigger room and the hotel was booked. Also , the was not a spa and the hot tub did not work. After all long day of sking you need to relax. We did use the Harrah's spa, but we had to go to the otherside after sking. It would be nice if everything that you need would be all in the same hotel. Keep in mind, we thought the location is perfect!! We will come back but, only you have a large room with a dreeser. Thanks.

Though Starbucks is located in bottom floor lobby, rooms do not come with coffee pots for your convience. There's only so much liquor one can endure. Nearest K-Mart approx 5 miles to purchase one for your room @ approx $25.00 plus filters and grounds. Then you have to figure whether it's worth trying to bring home on a plane (which I can tell you, it's not). This was the only fault I found with this facility. Other than that, I highly recommend a winter wonderland stay at Harvey's Resort & Casino. The hotel was beautiful and the staff superb. It was a totally awesome trip!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Harvey Hotel was nicer than we expected. Their guarantee for rooms to be ready is 4:00 p.m. and at 4:01, our room was not ready so they upgraded to a Lake view room. It was a great view of Lake Tahoe and the mountains. The hotel was very nice. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again.

This was our 3rd year at the Lake.. We beat the snow & the skiers this time & therefor less crowds.. Harvey's has best location for gettimg aroundto other casino's & shows. The room had a view of the lake and was very quiet for our 1st night..However, the room next to us left the fan in the bath on all night the 2nd night.. It took 4 calls to the front desk before security (the next morning)went to the room to turn it off... Harvey's gave us a complimentary discount buffet for the problem but non-the-less,the front desk service failed our needs for a quiet nights sleep ....

The moment you get out of the car the hotel staff is right there for your every need. If you have any questions about whether you should go to TAHOE in Oct. it is a blast. My wife and I love because it is still warm enough to enjoy outside activities. In Oct. you feel the atmosphere changing to Winter and the locals are gearing up for the "snow season". Generally it is not to busy in Oct.
