| Rooms were a little worn and need new carpet and better seating. Morning complimentary breakfast was very good. Questions were answered promptly.

| Before my trip I read the reviews and was apprehensive, but stuck. However, when I arrived, (a late arrival) the staff was ready for me, greeted me with a smile and great courteosy. Although the room was a typical hotel room, it was comfortable and what may have lacked in the room was offset by the quiet surroundings, great service, friendly staff, a clean laundry facility (very handy) and breakfast everyday! I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

| Never again will i book this hotel. i have stayed at the Sleep Inn multiple times, but they were booked up this past weekend. First, I called to get directions, and they couldn't tell me how to get there from busch gardens. then i was given the wrong room, doubles instead of queen. then they wouldn't even bring me the new room key even though it was on the other side of the hotel and i had all my baggage to move. the new room had a stink in the bathroom from he**, the shower pressure was non existant, and the sink would not drain. Never Again!

| When we turned on the light to the first room we were given, the bathroom was not cleaned, there were crumbs in the bed, and the smoke detector went off when I turned on the heater. The second room was better, but the walls were so thin that we could hear the conversations of the people next door, at 3:00 am in the morning. The continental breakfast was good.

| Desk people were very friendly, and they had a great breakfast set up for their guest. Rooms were clean and well kept and lots of space.

| The hotel is old and not very clean. But considering the price is low, and the continental breakfast is nice, I give it a 3 rating.

| I'd never been to Florida before. I read the hotel reviews and was a little scared to stay at this hotel because it didn't rate very well with cleanliness. They must read the reviews too becuase my room was spotless and well stocked with linens etc. All the staff I came into contact with were all very pleasant also.

| I expected to at least have my room cleaned every day.I know of 3 rooms not cleaned, and anyone working here just didnt seem to mind. yuck!

| The room had not been cleaned very well because a dirt sock was left on the bathroom floor. Another person traveling with me thought their sheets had not been changed on their bed.
