| Some of front desk service staff are not helpful. For example, they placed me in a smoker room without asking my preference even so I booked a non-smoker room.

| The hotel is clean. The rooms are okay. Do not expect the rooms to be updated/modern. The photo looks better than it looks. The room size is not bad for a Hong Kong hotel room. I believe the Club rooms have been rennovated. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For the price, you pay for the convenience of it's location to shopping and transportation. You feel confortable walking out late at nite because of it's location.

| The room was clean and the service was friendly and helpful. A decent hotel gym was available too, though you had to take a roundabout way through the third floor to get there, and strangely, the third floor has this low ceiling which six-footers need to crouch to navigate their way around. The room had drawers and closet space for all my stuff, but the extra single bed just makes it more boxy. Why not just provide a queen? The first morning, I discovered there was no soap in my room, but that was easy to take care of. Altogether, it was a good experience for the price, worth the 4 stars, nothing to frighten anyone, conveniently located near the MTR (good access to HK Island and Kowloon business locations) and a good alternative to overpriced accomodations in Central.

| Carpet was smelly. Location was not bad at all. The bed was as hard as a piece of wood. Had a hard time sleeping.
