The carpet in the room was sticky so keep your shoes on...the blackout drapes didn't reach around to the sides so they really couldn't be considered "blackout" drapes and on top of that they were very dirty! Don't get a room by the elevator, soda machine or ice machine or you'll be up all night like I was.

The room seemed clean enough. A little run down. But when I turned the bathroom light on in the morning, a cockroach scurried accross the floor. It happened more than once and kind of put my mornings off to bad starts. As for location, it's great. Within walking distance to Disneyland. So if you don't mind company for your morning shower, it's not a terrible place to stay.

My family stayed at the Castle in for 2 nights. The room was run down and dirty. The carpet was sticky and grimy and I did not want to walk on it barefoot. The bathhroom was old and needed remodeling. There was some mold in the shower and around the sink. My son slept on the hide-a-bed which was horrible. If he had weighed more than 35 lbs he would have hit the ground through the droopy mattress. The hotel is VERY NOISY! It was hard to sleep with thesound of the people above and below us. I would NOT reccomend this hotel. Stay somewhere else and drive to the park, it's worth it.

not a bad place it was OK and it was 1 block away from disneyland entrance but not as close as they said and it is a bit past its prime. Overal its still a good value motel. If you need a lot of room the suits are very large

When we first arrived we we not very happy with the cleanliness of the room; very dirty carpet & dirty chairs, so we let them know. They did shampoo the carpet & after that it was much better. The size of the room was great for our family. We spent 5 days at the parks & were basically in the room just to sleep. It worked great for us.

The carpets were very dirty and you were afraid to walk on them barefoot. The shower curtains were old and worn with some rust where the shower hook go. The remodel of the front of the hotel is nice and up to date, but the rooms need a remodel STAT!

This hotel was ok! I did not like the fact that our door didn't go all the way to the floor and there was a gap at the bottom that let in a lot of light and sound from outside. Also, the walls are quite thin. I was also not too impressed with the front desk staff. They seemed like they always had something better to do than help me. However, it is only a short walk to Disneyland and we loved that! If you are planning on spending most of your time in Disneyland or other surrounding attractions and not at the hotel, then I would recommend this place! But there are other hotels that are even closer to Disneyland that look a bit nicer too.

Room was very clean. Our 6 yr old daughter loved it because the outside looks like a castle. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a inexpensive hotel close to Disney.
