| This hotel was luxurious without being over the top. The staff was helpful and courteous and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I could also easily walk the few feet from the airport to the front door of the hotel. I will stay here the next time I come into Indianapolis.

| I had a very early flight out of Weir Cook (Indianapolis Airport) leaving at 6 AM. I had an excellent dinner and a good night's sleep and was given a lift to the airport at the ungodly hour of 5 AM. The hotel was immaculate and most comfortable. The Chef kept coming out to inquire of the various diners if there was anything they needed. I was very impressed by that.

| It's convenient to stay in this hotel since it's within the walking distance to the Indianapolis airport. They provide wireless Internet access that is handy. I have a couple of complaints. First, the bathroom wasn't very clean. Second, the door latch in my room was broken. It should take less than 10 mintues to fix it. I guess they don't bother doing that.

| For some reason they gave us the handicap room. So there was no tub or dividing wall for the shower. They apparently touched up the ceiling which looked terrible and left dried up paint all over the floor. During our stay we saw two different beetles running around on the floor. Not one of the TV's channels came in clear. They had wireless internet but apparently the router nearest us was not working. I told them at the front desk but they did nothing about it. They didn't have any sort of brochures in the room at all pertaining to indianapolis, attractions, shuttles or anything of that nature. Why did we stay there? What are the advantages of this hotel? It's affordable, the folks at the front desk are courteous and professional and the restaurant is very nice. The lobby is nice as well and offered coffee and pastries in the morning. It is conveniently close to the airport and has a shuttle going back and forth often. Everything was great until we actually got into our room.

| While we found the hotel staff quite friendly and helpful, they couldn't make up for the decline into seediness for this Radisson. Water stains on the ceiling, cover for the heat/ac unit falling apart, & dilapidated furnishings were enough for us. On top of that, the fire alarm "accidentally" went off after midnight, chasing everyone out in the snow in their jammies. Hopefully that doesn't happen every night, but rumor was that it was the second time that week.

| Fire alarm went off at 2:30 in morning. Staff came to room could not get to stop.Pulled from wall, walk down hall with still going off!!!As Is I prepared to sleep I saw cockroachs coming out of the hole left from fire alarm. Shower water shot maybe 3",only way to take shower was to turn to high vibrate mode, than you would get a thin 12" stream of water. Toliet did not work had to lift back and pull flow every time!!! When I needed ice for my sore leg. I had to go to the 3rd floor to get... When I called down to tell them I had tried 3 different floors to find ice, that was what they recommended!!!

| My husband and I stayed here on a recent trip to Indianapolis. We arrived very late in the evening and not only had they lost the reservation and had trouble finding it, the room was full of small evidences of a not-so thorough maid cleaning. (dirty tissues on the bathroom counter, used towel hanging on the back of the door) In addition, planes were incredibly loud right over our room all night long (at least until 2 or 3 am) and to top it off, a huge coach bus parked itself right outside our first floor room and was idling for hours starting at 5 am (literally!). We were traveling with our 17 month old son and so the noise made for a crabby evening for all. AND when we went down to get breakfast the next morning, the hotel restaurant (no continental breakfast here) was dark and gloomy, plus they didn't have any high chairs, so we just checked out and went to McDonald's instead. I've stayed in Radissons before is this was by far the worst!!!

| Nothing speial on the amenities. The restaurant looks like it was built in the 60's and not updated since then. I found it extremely odd that an aitport hotel did not offer any sort of high speed internet access. While traveling to a meeting in another part of town I noticed that very, very low cost places were offering free high speed internet in their rooms. Catch up with the times!
