The hotel was within walking distance to both Disneyland and the Convention Center. The only drawback was no broadband internet service available in your room; only via the business office. Other than that, I would definitely return!!!

The only problem I had, was that I had invited 2 families to join me for a special visit to Disneyland. I arrived first made arrangements for payment for all services to be billed to me. I was told no problem only to find out later that the other two rooms had to pay for parking passes. When I went to the Front Desk to complain, they apologized and credited my account for my parking.

This place is not a three star hotel. The room carpet was wet. The hallway carpet was also wet. The place smelled of mildew. Everytime someone flushed a toilet or used the water in the building, you will know about it. The $10.00 parking fee just adds injury to insult. They need to charge this fee because they know you are not coming back!!!! Don't stay at this hotel.

Bathroom had someone's hairs around sink, toilet and shower. Shower water temperature changed many times during every shower. Air conditioner didn't work very well. Really muggy/stuffy in our room. The only thing good that sticks in my head about this hotel was the bell man...he was the most helpful/knowledgeable. The towels at the pool are the size of dish towels. Front desk help were abrupt not real helpful.

Even though we have family in Anaheim, I would stay at this hotel again. The proximity to Disneyland (easy 10 min walk) and the friendly staff, made our stay an enjoyable one. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the pool was also enjoyable. The only complaint I might have, is the restaurant food is not cheap if you are on a family budget. About same prices that you might pay in Disneyland itself. Overall, great experience.

The hotel was in decent shape, although there were some maintenance items that were problems (the ice machine was broken on our floor for our entire stay). However, the hotel staff were impolite and unhelpful. There was not a single time during our stay that we spoke with the hotel front staff that we weren't either irritated or offended by the responses we received. They were, however, accommodating to our requests for extra towels and pillows for our room.

The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, in a convenient area, walking distance from the convention center and Disney. My only complaints are there were no internet connections in the rooms and the "hotel computer" in the lobby cost $.75 per minute to use! They also make you pay $10 a night for parking.

We did have some problems with a clogged shower drain, a broken clock, and a bad lamp. We filled out a "fix-it" card and returned it to the main desk. Everything was fixed or replaced by the time we got back from Disneyland. Was very impressed with the staff at Radisson Anaheim Maingate. One drawback was the hotel charges a daily parking fee to park in their parking lot.

We stayed there on New Year's Eve. Though we didn't spend much time at the hotel after being out all day at Disneyland, we were very satisfied with our choice. The hotel service was good, they let us check in earlier, the room was very clean and spacious, I liked the towels they use! The water pressure was great and the room smelled clean. We walked to Disneyland which is about 10 minutes walk, (they have a shuttle service as well) everything was great! The only thing I would say is that they charge $10 for the parking, which didn't bother me much. Oh and our room was right by the elevator so we could her people talking in the morning....nothing too loud. With the price and everything, I think we would come back here again!
