I stayed with my family last weekend and was satisfied with this hotel. The room we were allotted initially had some problems with the Air Conditioning and it was not working properly. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and allotted another room immediately. A good contnental Bfast. I wont say too good, but good enough for a budget hotel. Disney is at a walkable distance (around .7-.8 miles). Good swimming pool too to ward off from summer heat!! If you are looking for a budget hotel with decent amenities and close enough to Disney then this is a good place..

Pros: Great value. Less than a half mile walk to the Disneyland gates. The room was resonably clean and featured a large, new-looking TV that received HBO and several other channels. The room also came with a microwave, waist-high refrigerator, safe, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and air conditioner. Free breakfast included: make-your-own waffles, Cheerios, corn flakes, oatmeal, muffins, toast, orange juice, lemonade, milk, and coffee. Cons: One pillow was comfortably soft, but the other was extremely firm. The clerk informed me that no additional pillows were available. Some rooms are susceptible to the noise from Highway 5, which is directly across the street. (See Google Map in link below) http://tinyurl.com/zmtn9

We stay in Anaheim every year for a trade show & usually book at the other Quality Inn on Harbor. This Quality Inn (Manchester) is closer to Disneyland, so it's ideal for vacationers, but inconvenient to those who need to go to the Anaheim Convention Center. Manchester Quality Inn is a newer facility, two stories with no elevators to the second floor. Our staff likes the fresh waffles that are available in the breakfast room.

This hotel was been one of the best I have stayed in. The staff was helpful and the rooms were very clean. Their breakfast is more than just bagels and juice. They offered cereals, muffins, and waffles. The room we stayed in was newly remodeled, but not all the news have been updated. Even so, even the non-updated rooms are nice and clean. This hotel was a short 7 minute walk from Disneyland and close to freeway entrances. I will definitely stay in it when we return to Disneyland.

While my room was very small, it was comfortable with some nice touches, like a curved shower curtain bar to make the shower seem much bigger. Microwave and small fridge, iron & ironing board. The maids missed cleaning my room twice during my 12 days, but no big deal. The bigger deal was that they tended to turn off the a/c when cleaning, which made for a stuffy room at night. Still, nice room close to Disneyland.

We had family stay at this hotel, and they weren't perfectly pleased, but it was all we could find on short notice. We have no complaints, they have remodeled nearly every room, and the entire staff was great. The continental breakfast has waffle makers, so if you get there early, there is more to eat than cereal and toast. Will stay here again.

I was really disappointed in this hotel. The exterior of the hotel is very nice. The guy that checked us in was very nice. When you enter the room, the room looks really decent with a nice looking comforter, lots of decorative pillows, decent armoire but when you start touching things, like the comforter and the decorative pillows, it felt dirty. Kind of a sticky dirty feeling. The pillow covers that were meant to be slept on were worn out and rough. Inside the sheets, I found part of a lollipop stick still sticking on the sheets. I flicked it to the ground and the next day I still saw it on the floor. The maid did not vacuum thoroughly. Towels were rough also. The hotel is a two star hotel. Should be a one star hotel. I do agree that we did pay for what we got. The hotel was at a good price the weekend we went. The only two good parts of the hotel is that it was reasonable distance from the park (totally walk able) and the breakfast is decent with make your own waffles, cereal, and muffins. No fruit though.

We made our selection of this hotel based on traveler input read on Expedia. Much of the input was very negative about the condition of the rooms. However, the hotel manager had responded to these claims, stating that the rooms had all been remodeled. This was not the case in the room we were given. It was the dive of all dives. Upon reporting this to the desk clerk, she agreed that the room was a dive and assigned us a newly remodeled room. The facts: 1. The remodeled rooms are pretty nice, although very small. 2. There is still remodeling going on. Insist on a remodeled room. 3. Disneyland is a ten minute walk away - not exactly across the street (as advertised), but not bad. There is no free shuttle service to Disneyland, and the closest shuttle service is a block away from the hotel. 4. The complimentary breakfast is all carbs. (This is not much different from other hotels' offerings.) 5. The pool was cold - we didn't swim.

Quite honestly, we all had great experience. Service was great and the front desk assistance was superb. One of the best if not the best deal for the money... Minor things to consider: 1. Separation between rooms are quite thin -tendency to be bothered in the morning when next door people start to come in and out. 2. Right to the freeway -we barely heard any noise from the freeway with our air conditoner on.

The person checking us in was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. The motel is under renovation and the lobby has been recently remodeled. They had a nice clean laundry room located in the center of the complex. The continental breakfast was okay. The only problem with it was the flow of people through the area where you picked up your food. The first morning we waited 20 minutes to get our food. The bottleneck was due to waiting for waffle maker. But, after that we had no problem. We got up earlier. As mentioned the motel is under renovation, which it is in need of. Our room was not one of the rooms that had been renovated, but it was clean. Maid service was so so. The bed was not the best and the TV has a very limited number of channels. One of the great things about the motel was how close it was to the park. We walked to Disneyland each day, which was about a half mile walk. The price was a little high for the condition of the motel, but I would guess after the renovation it would be a fair price. I was also able to pick up a wireless connection for my laptop. That was great. I would go there again as it was a good 2 star motel.

The room was a little rough, and the air conditioning blew up the curtain, and did not reach the room for quite some time. Overall this room was comfortable, basic, and served our needs. All we required was a bed, as we were here to explore the city, not base ourselves in a hotel room. If that is your plans too, then this hotel will meet your needs comfortably.

The room was very stinky once me and my wife got in, and the atmosphere was darkish and the room seemed to be very old. The bathroom was not clear and it seemed like the last time that someone cleaned it was a month ago. The shower curtain was brownish on the edge and the shower itself made a huge noise once you operate it. The breakfast is so unpleasent till the point where it is marked that you have to take only one muffin or one donut!! Also, the stuff indicated not to drink alot of milk cause you have to take into consideration that there are more guests in the hotel!! Very ugly!! Check-in and check-out was fast and easy but you can't buy tickets for Disneyland unless you buy a 2-3 day pass.

If you simply need a place to sleep after spending a day at Disneyland / California adventure then you have found the place. Light sleepers should note that you can hear the freeway at all hours. The only real complaint is that 3 or four the cable channels were not working (only HBO, ESPN and CNN worked) but if you are spending all day in the parks watching TV is not a high priority.

Breakfast at the hotel is a "take it or leave it", but if a danish fills you up..... They were working on improving the hotel while we were there and seemed to be satisfactory place. Concerns though. Pool is not heated. Our kids had a cold week, but it didn't stop them from swimming every night.
