Off the beaten track; away from the casinos. This can be a plus if you don't like gambling and the hustle bustle of the boardwalk scene. Does have a boardwalk for quiet, reflective walks and rest. Very nice view of the ocean, but no beach. Rooms are suites. Unfortunately, I was there for just a short stay, so I didn't have time to take advantage of all the amenities.Cab ride away casin

My key didn't work at first, so I had to fix that which isn't a big deal. I didn't get the room that I requested, which also isn't a big deal. The hallway and room smelled like seafood (sauted shrimp). I was only there for a night so I understand if maybe people were ordering room service and maybe I was just unlucky. However the elevators were packed! I was on the 12th floor and I would have to pass up on about three elevators before I could get inside. It was extremely frusrating! It would take about 15 minutes just to get up or down. I actually took the stairs a few times and I wasn't the only one.

There were so many things for the children to do right there in the hotel: nice indoor pool area, pool tables, gameroom, and events during the day for children. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a great kitchenette and separate bedroom. Still within about 8 or 10 blocks of casinos. All of this for great pricing. We will stay there again.

This was a very clean hotel. The view we had was great. Not too close to the casinos, but on a nice day, it is a nice leisurely walk. If you have a car, it's only 5-10 mins away. We would definitely use this hotel again.

This hotel is pretty far from the main boardwalk, you will have to walk 15 minutes to get to the main boardwalk area unless you plan on driving which defeats the purpose of staying at a "Boardwalk" hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, however, upon entering, the front desk staff made me feel kind of bad for interupting their non-work related conversation. The air conditioning in my room did not work and the response of the desk person was "well, there's always a cool breese coming from the balcony, and that will always "save" you." I wont be back.

This hotel was a decent hotel for anyone on a budget - but don't expect great service or luxuries. It literally took 15 minutes to wait for an elevator every time we tried to leave the hotel - not enough working elevators for the number of guests. The room is large and comfortable, and GREAT VIEW with a balcony! Very far from the casinos, but not terrible if looking for a deal.

the stay was nice. However we had a do not disturb sign on our room one of the days. We took the sign off when we left the room about noon. We saw the cleaning cart and knew that someone was cleaning the floor. However they never came back to clean our room. Another thing the restaurant closed kind of early. The room was very nice though. The staff was nice too.

At check in we were asked if we wanted smoking or non, requested non and got smoking. Burn holes in carpet, bedding, and bathroom. Very expensive and low quality. Pool was extremely dirty, hot tub had ants floating every where (some still alive!) Breakfast buffet expensive with burned bacon and hard french toast. Shuttle was late a few times. Loud and noisy neighbors in next room. Walls very thin. Bed was on boards and very uncomfortable. Would never stay here again. Had to come home for peace and quiet and to sleep. Not close to casinos, but a great ocean view (only positive the whole weekend).

Our suite was extremely clean with fantastic views of the ocean. It was absolutely wonderful to relax and listen to the ocean from my balcony view. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They offer a complimentary shuttle to the Sands Casino. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at this property.

We were not aware that this hotel was a timeshare at the time of booking. Their owners may stay in their 5-Star luxurious suites, but the guests do not. Our heat didn't work properly, the toilet dripped and the baseboard tiles had worked their way lose. The staff is friendly except for the strongarm they send in for the holdouts on purchasing their timeshare; he was extremely demeaning and rude. And, it is not near the casinos.

They claim that they are a 5 star property. Evidently they have never stayed in one. The beds were mattresses on a board with no box springs. The feet on the beds were raw 2 X 2's. The carpet was poor quality and needed cleaning. The lobby and remainder of the hotel was quite nice. They tried to make a nice looking room, but went very cheap.
