| This hotel is okay for transition from O'Hare on to the next destination, but there's not much going on otherwise. Staff was friendly and helpful when the reservation was somehow made for a smoking room and I needed a non-smoking room. No room service, and the food options within walking distance aren't great. Transportation to and from the airport was good.

| Basic O'Hare area Hotel. Wireless internet had weak signal, but worked. Had to change rooms because first non-smoking room was too close to very smoky corridor outside smoking rooms. Still ok for price point in crowded O'hare market

| Shuttle a rather long wait at O'Hare, but once you are there at the hotel the shuttle service to the Convention Center etc. was excellent. Good restaurant adjacent.

| Hotel is okay. Elevator is ancient and slow and difficult ot manuever with large suitcases. Good for a short overnight for a flight.

| Close to O'Hare Airport with "Fly and Drive" option which includes leaving car at adjacent parking garage (for an extra $40 or so) and van shuttle to and from airport. Two restaurants adjacent to hotel.

| Hotel OK. Rooms a bit dated. Smoke in hallways unbearable - even in the non-smoking sections. They need to physically segregate smoking - perhaps on a different floor. The two attached restaurants are pretty mediocre. The food at the sports bar - which is a hooters wanna-be - is about a 4/10.

| Hotel was great stopover on the way to Chicago. Pleasant helpful employees. Only disappointment - shuttle service slower than makes sense given the location. I would definitely stay here again

| Upon checkout I mentioned that I had lost an iem of religious jewelry. I sstated that I had traced my steps and looked all along the way, but did not find it. I could not even swear that it had not fallen off in my travels. Before the airport shuttle pulled out the desk clerk was at the door handing me the pin. She had dispatched housekeeping immediately to the room and they found it. I'm impressed.

| I was flying my parents out of Ohare on an early flight. My parents have Dementia and your staff was very helpful and friendly to my elderly parents and to me that says quite a lot about tour staff. I was very impressed with your facility and I am sure I will be back. It was nice to have such comfirt and closeness to the airport.

| Good, quick access to O'Hare and to the Interstate system. Good shuttle service to the airport. Rooms are basic and clean; wireless Internet access in rooms is slow, weak, but free and reasonably reliable. Fitness facilities are basic. The on-site restaurant is OK for breakfast but inadequate for dinner. Very friendly staff. Usual starch-laden continental breakfast, and good 24 hour complimentary coffee service in the lobby.

| For a one night airport hotel stay, the only downside to this place was the bed. The bed and pillows were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the person on the shuttle service.
