| Not a bad hotel for the price. Chicago is notorious for expensive hotels. THe rooms were nice but could use some updating, both in decor and function. THe closet doors were hard to operate as they were hanging from the tracks above only. When you walk into the lobby it appears to be a VERY nice hotel but then you get to the rooms & it is just another hotel that is a step above budget. Overall, decnet but not what I have grown accustomed to.

| This is the worst hotel experience I have had by far. Don't get fooled by the entrance and the lobby, the rooms are dingy and are unclean. There is no air-conditioning in the rooms and the only source of air is to keep the windows open. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody unless they are masochists.

| This hotel is a nice getaway if you need a break from work, the city, or just want some uninterrupted quality time with your significant other. It is a quiet and cozy facility with a friendly staff. Room service is prompt and delicious. I recommend this hotel for a day trip or weekend vacation.

| Relaxed atmosphere and the staff makes you feel at home - they don't even make you feel like you should tip them for everything which is nice. It could use a renovation in a couple years, but still very charming.
