The service is great, the rooftop pool and jacuzzi were fabulous and the room was spacious and comfortable. There is a very loud club in the lobby, so if you expect to sleep on weekends, ask for a room far away from the club. Also the room service food wasn't that great.

Great affordable spacious and comfortable. Had a wonderful view of LA. Just be sure you know that this is the neighborhood you want to be in - The Whiskey is on the corner, and the Viper Room is down the block.

We really enjoyed this property. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is very secure and we felt very safe. The view from the roof is beautiful. Room service is efficient, reasonably priced and the food is good quality. Only drawback is the restaurant 10/20 is cold if you happen to get stuck sitting under one of the air vents. Our candle kept blowing out due to the A/C and we were freezing. Also the entrance is not really well marked so if you are approaching from Hollywood Blvd it is easy to miss. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and is very convenient to all activities in LA/Hollywood. Short drive to the Getty and to LACMA.

Hidden away on San Vicente and Sunset, the Wyndham Bel Age is a secret oasis. I've seen Angelica Houston there. The producers of Beverly Hills 90210 shot almost an enitre season there. If you want to stay somewhere posh and very low key, then this is the hotel for you. The rooms are beautiful, and each come with their very own doorbell. The rooftop pool is perfect for swimming, sight seeing, or getting a great tan. I highly recommend this hotel, as it is the only place I'll stay while vacationing in LA.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It's in a great location in West Hollywood that allows you to walk to clubs and restaurants if you choose to do so. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool area was very well-maintained. When I come back to L.A., I am definitely going to stay at the Wyndham again.

First off, I stay at a different hotel every week so I am certainly one to judge. I hate most hotels but I "love" this place. The rooms are incredible and it's location seriously could not be better. These may be the biggest and best rooms in the area. The service has always been great, quick, and nice. Every room is a very nice suite. Dont raise the price though. In fact a comped room would be very nice!!! THANK YOU.

The hotel is in a trendy area of West Hollywood. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. My wife and I went to LA to see a couple of baseball games and felt a little out of place here. When we first arrived the valet parking attendants were busy shuttling Mercedes and Lexus's for a large party of guests. It took a while for anyone to notice our rental Chevy Cavalier. Parking is steep at $22 a day plus tips for the valet. Beautiful place to stay, though.

I live in L.A. and just wanted to get away from home for a day/night, so I decided on the Wyndham Bel Age. The check in was quick and painless and the room was in great condition and very spacious. The pool and hot tub are on the roof and were a great place to hang out during the day, with great views of the Sunset strip and downtown L.A. Waiters are available to take pool side orders for food and beverages.I booked the one room suite, which was very spacious and the bed area was slightly elevated from the living room, giving the room a larger feel. No complaints about the room at all.Room service is not as expensive as in other luxury hotels I've stayed in. The food came quick and was very tasty. Our balcony faced south, looking over south Hollywood with views of downtown.Overall, a great experience!

I'm not very good at reviews - This hotel is really nice - A LOT of space in the hotel for the deal in LA. Right between the Sunset Strip and Santa Monica Blvd so there was plenty to do at night. The room was very clean and neat and and quiet which helped with a 3 hr time difference adjustment. The people at the desk were nice, but not terribly helpful. The woman told us to eat at "Marbles" which was Mirabelle's and have breakfast and "Melt's" (and she spelled it for us which turned out to be Mel's. Seeing as they were both about 2 blocks away, I am not sure how she didn't know their names. All in all, however, the stay was great. Be sure to check the views out from the roof both at night and in the morning. Very cool.

Stayed at the Wyndham Bel Age for New Years 2005. Couldn't have been happier with the choice! Great location, near tons of attractions! This will be my hotel of choice when for any future trips to Los Angeles.
